Nothing to like

The hotel room was so dirty.?. I had to leave in 10 minutes and found another hotel to stay for the night

Staff was very pleasant

The room was not the cleanest.......Laminate on the floors doesn't meet. Caulking around the base of the wall needs washing. Doors needs cleaning or painted.

It was dirty. The remote on the tv didn¿t work well When trying to close the curtains the rod moved and came off the holder Not enough room to get passed the bed to go to the bathroom

I liked the staff - she was very cheery and helpful.

The breakfast was less thakn desirable.

Very very basic... one table lamp to light the whole room, so it was a dark room. This only lamp had a broken shade that was tattered... Toiletries provided were cheap 1 tbsp type sachets for shampoo and conditioner and another thin sachet with soap.

Room not very clean no breakfast no ice coffee makers don¿t work tv don¿t work it¿s lucky I¿m not a picky guy I just need a place to lay my head. But still a disappointment I wish I could have gotten a partial refund. Sad

I was rather underwhelmed by the upkeep of the room . The sink faucet worked but the thread was spripped on the knob , there was visible damaged on the bathroom door and wall . Furthermore , there was NO place to hang clothes .

Room smelled like smoke, poor choice at breakfast

Asked to cancel reservation did not do it. Crack head area. Stains on floor carpet.. bed broken. Toilet dirty. Air conditioner window mold dust cowbeds on vent unit. Owner knock on hotel doors bugs occupants being nosey felt Unsafe want to be compensated

We were unable to stay at this hotel due to the complete lack of cleanliness. The carpeting was stained all over and the room had the stench of stale cigarettes.No refund offered and had to find other accomadations. Dump of a hotel

Seemed to have street people that were living on the lower level. Felt very uncomfortable there. The corner of the building had two large dumpsters with garbage all over the place. The air conditioner had so much dust built up on it. Coffee pot dirty.

Towels were clean. Room had 2 windows.

Other people's hair was in the shower and on the bathroom wall. But the worst was pulling back the bed to find 3 eyelashes/eyebrows and a long hair on the sheets. I had to ask the manager for clean sheets and make up the bed myself at 10:30 pm.

carpets so stained we didn't take our shoes off. Cobwebs on light fixtures and over vanity.Ac stunk and filter was filthy. Pillows lumpy squares, mattress was horrible, sheets horrible, burn holes in bedspread. Leftover food stuck on bottom of fridge.

Stayed in another unit before this building was nice, the location is the Exact place we want to be

The hotel manager gave us the Wifi password with a hand written note to watch Youtube video about his Religion. There was only one light in the room, there was a dent in the drywall, no place to hang your coats, no chairs, years of cigarette smoke smell

Location was convenient. Room were clean

Pillows are of poor quality and small in size. Toilet tank was constantly running. Informed staff on first day but was not corrected after three days. Breakfast had limited items. Should add yogurts and hard boiled eggs.

Cleanliness was good and front desk was always accessible.

The rooms were a little dark. You could always smell smoke even being in a non smoking room

Loved how it was a warm welcoming from the owner upon arrival. And upon entering the room, the floor lamp was on and so was the tv. Made you feel welcome and the heat was on. No complaints😄

The staff were very friendly. There was free, drive-up parking close to the room. The bed was comfortable and the room inlcude a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast was included.

Breakfast was no usually availale until after 8:00 am and was limited in selection. The TV was satellite, however there was very little selection available - mostly CBC, CTV, Global etc. The desk chair was broken.
