Super 8 by Wyndham Midland

Very clean, nice rooms, location

Took 25 min of running the water to get it hot, and there was no remote for the tv in the room that we could find.

Location and expectations

Hockey team was there. Had no notice. They were very loud

Breakfast. Clean room. Customer Service.

Clogged shower drain. Slow water from sink faucet. Ref not cooling up. I was charged again when we checked in. It was refunded when I checked out after asking for my itinerary receipt.

Was easy to get to from where we live

Arrives early and was unable to get into room. Would have been nice if we could as I am recovering from leg surgery. But over all the place was nice and a good breakfast.

Easily accessible, clean room and overall facility.

The staff was not very friendly or educated on USA service dog regulations. I realize that I was in Canada and not the USA but that¿s why I needed a hotel. I would have appreciated professional customer service from the hotel¿s employees.

Staff were very professional and friendly

Rooms need better cleaning and more pillows

The staff here were wonderful. Super friendly. The hotel was really clean. The location is perfect. You can walk to many stores and restaurants. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. Beds were really comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the chemical smell in the room. It affected my breathing, made me sneeze and cough.

Free breakfast. Free internet. Very clean. Front desk staff ran up the stairs to intercept me as I exited the elevator on the 3rd floor to inform me that my request for a later departure time was granted.

Location

There was a large group from a golf tournament booked I to the hotel. They were partying, fighting and playing loud music. Called the front desk and they said there wasn't anything they could do.

Location and near to lots of things to do cinema, restaurants, stores, groceries, gas, etc.

Was difficult parking. Not enough parking space. Was a gymnastics competition across from the hotel.

Free breakfast.

Hotel was full of hockey teams. Kids ran through the halls well past 11pm. Nothing was done despite repeated complaints to hotel staff. Ended up checking out one day early.

Hotel room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly, pool was 3ft deep perfect for the kids, hot tub was good, the pool was very strong of chlorine we were the first room right by the elevator and we didn’t hear anything. Good breakfast

Hallway was freezing and pool was too strong of chlorine

Our first priority was cleanliness and our room met this expectation. We had a microwave, fridge and couch within the living room area which work well for a couple. Pool, hot tub, continental breakfast, staff and price were awesome. Would stay there again

Contract working guests which hung out outside constantly smoking and watching everyone was a bit weird but not a deal breaker.

It had a great breakfast and my girls loved the pool. The pillows were amazing i loved them i so want one.

What you'd expect for a Super8. Price was decent, location good, staff nice to deal with.

Walls paper-thin, so you hear your neighbour, bathroom could be cleaner, door handle loose, no juice or bananas at breakfast, internet deathly slow. But, the price was right.

Really nice staff

Pull out bed not comfortable mattress not thick enough

Close to Penetanguishene. Plus fridge and microwave.

The room had a terrible musty smell. Told the front desk, but the said they couldn't do anything, cause we booked on line, plus the hotel was full. We checked in approx 3:0pm & I had to rake 2 Tylenol. When we returned from the funrral, had to 2 more tyle

breakfast was great, friendliness of staff, and ease of location

bed was very uncomfortable and blankets were very worn, room was not very clean -

The pool & hot tub were ideal for our children (3ft deep & good Temp). They loved it! Staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Very good location. 2nd time saying here and will stay again, given the chance.

Breakfast was exactly what you expect in a chain; very "white" (but still good). Beds VERY hard. Only 1 pillow ea & when we asked for more, they only had 2 extra in the whole hotel. Bathroom needed mopping and they barely made our beds during 2nt stay.

Room clean, pets allowed, breakfast included, staff friendly and quick to fulfill requests
