- The staff at this hotel were amazing and super helpful. The manager came in to help me with car problems I was having and didn't give up until he solved the problem. The girl at the front desk was super helpful and tried to accommodate all our needs.
- There was only one Kleenex in the Kleenex box. Toilet seat a bit loose. Had a bit of trouble with the TV--did not offer to look at it but we figured out the problem. Would stay there again. Friendly staff. Handy location. Great breakfast included .

The breakfast was diverse - banana, egg, bread, cake, coffee, milk, juice, cornflakes are were very good. I should give the breakfast team a thumps up. I would rate it at 8.7 out of 10. Thank you so much.I appreciated the staff offering the towels when needed, and soap. I also like that the snow was shoved off the verandah.
The minor glitch in the internet for about 15mins on Saturday night interfered with my work I was doing online. Glad it was fixed.

Very friendly staff. I really liked how they spaced every new guest to every second room so you didn't have to hear any noise from the next room. I've never seen that done before...Kudos ! Received a wake up call as asked for and extra towels were brought promtly. Very Nice stay !!
Stupid small things to fix. Alarm clock was dusty..sliding glass door needs attention room 119 loud & not easy to open. Also door to room wasn't that easy to open. Lock plate was rubbing on door jam. Other than those small things...stay was excellent !

Everything was amazing, except for the sofa bed (the sofa part was good but the bed part was pure torture).
