Just by chance, my room was close to the parking lot

Photos of the fitness center is not updated, not impressed. No security to monitor potential riff raff hanging outside

floor filthy. had to wear shoes and keep towels on floor in room it was black when wiped it. Tidy and clean elsewhere in room but floor had obviously not been washed in quite some time.

not the tidiest outside. the pet rooms are supposed to be newest but seems sketchy in the back. window missing in room beside us boarded up. Just did not like atmosphere at all !

Pet friendly rooms were very very dated.

The beds were visibly dipping, the room smelled a bit musty and the bathroom had very badly patched spots on the ceiling. The bathtub fixtures were crusted with hard water deposits. The entire room looked like it had not been cared for since 1997

We stay here occasionally. We like the staff and hotel.

Breakfast was not really edible and we went off site. Quality seems to have been reduced

different levels of relaxed seating was excellent, breakfast was great, pool was nice, hot tub was down, nice place. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly

all was good/ on premise restaurant was closed, that was disappointing, but was told was not part of the hotel.

I drive 1 hour because when I booked they said they are pets friendly ; then when I arrived the reception said they are not any more so they place us in a different spot totally different than we paid for . I did not have choice at 11 pm

The staff was very helpful and friendly

Entrances had garbage cans that were full and garbage all over the ground

The price was given to me in US currency and I thought it was Canadian since the hotel was in Canada I was angry to find out after I checked in that it was a lot more money than I thought it was to rent the room. Over $--- for one night. Not worth

Bathroom wasn't clean. There was toothpaste residue in the sink from a previous guest. Unacceptable in normal times but beyond inexcusable during Covid. Makes you wonder what else was missed. Needs a major renovation - feels like you've gone back in time.

Great location, lots of parking

Air conditioning was off upon arrival, room was very hot.The worth shower experience. Shower handle is too low, originally installed for the bath tub. Would be much better to have removable shower head. Will try another hotel next time.

Great and safe place to stay with the family. Great free break. Love the huge pool. Overall we would definitely go back.

Check in with fast and easy, great pool good hot tub and a sauna to boot... Breakfast very tasty and lots to choose from.

pricing could be a little more competitive in Toronto I probably pay half as much...

THE STAFF WAS AMAZING, THE KIDS LOVED THE POOL AND THE ROOM BEING BESIDE THE POOL.

The location is good the hotel is nice. It has all the amenities.

Everything was great except for one front desk agent working on saturday , very rude and not accommodating , I felt like I was annoying her. Having worked at hotels for many years I would recommend not having her deal with the public ! Thank you
