Hampton Inn by Hilton Midland

Location, familiar, reliable nice room

Front desk staff (in wrong line of work). No smile, irritated. Breakfast close to unedible.

It?s location, staff and cleanliness.

Great location, cleanliness, breakfast and service

Just a door stopper when loading our luggage onto the cart in hallway.

Love that it was new, fresh and clean. Loved that it included breakfast.

Very nice,clean accommodating, friendly staff.

Decor and cleanliness . Ease of use of heat/cooling room system Accessible tub and toilet as requested TV easy to operate Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was excellent Complimentary coffee in lobby appreciated Location was quiet but conve

Very clean, nice breakfast until 10am daily.

Clean rooms. The breakfast had a great selection. Definitely stay here again

Spacious, clean and big breakfast

Coffee was a touch weak

The room and the breakfast.

A little close to the highway. Traffic/snow plows beeping all night

Very clean Well maintained Lovely staff

Well kept!

Spacious, well laid out rooms with a walk in shower and adequate bedside electrical outlets.

Would prefer a location more downtown and closer to the water.

location was good, hotel was clean and rooms were nice. staff was friendly.

breakfast was horrible.. worse than most hotels that include breakfast. the cost of this hotel was high, considering it was off season and there are cheaper options in midland

Security that was harassing teens for just standing in the hallway and just talking in the early evening hours, yet didn’t bother parents in the same situation.

Very clean, bright, modern

Great breakfast. Very clean. Staff were friendly. Pets were welcome and there's bags and lots of grassy areas.

The TV was low quality. The air conditioner was noisey and disturbed our sleep. The bed springs made noise and there was no hot tub.

Mode of transportation was bicycle, so it was a little too far to walk to downtown or even to the grocery stores. It was a bike friendly hotel however and they gave our club safe storage for our bikes.

Closer to Midlan's nice downtown

Well maintained, relatively new, comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast and friendly staff

all was in order

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel this time because I was out for brunch with friends but I have eaten it before and it was always very good. Varied and fresh options. Abundant and very enjoyable area to eat. And, like anything else in the hotel, spotless clean.

I have never found anything I disliked at this hotel or any other of the same chain on either side of the border. Keep doing the great job you're doing!

Cleanliness, modern decor, newness, storage room for our bikes, friendliness of staff.

Pool is too small. Few healthy breakfast options. Coffee not good.
