- Staff/owner is a stereotypical slimy scam artist. You can book a stay where the receipt says fees and taxes included and then the slimy pos tries to charge your card 500 dollars for a deposit that's cited NOWHERE including the entire premises.
- Price very high. I am a senior.
- I was under the impression that the price was $--- tax. Ended up being $---- a $200.00 deposit! This did NOT impress!

The room was very clean and the ground were well kept. There are business on either side so it was also quite at night. The place was well lit outside.

I asked for an early arrival time ans my husband didn’t feel well and was charged $30. That seems a bit steep!
We have stayed at King’s Inn many times — it is always very clean. This time, our room seems to have been recently renovated. The owners are very friendly and make you feel welcome upon check-in.
A small, in-room coffee maker would be a nice and welcome touch.
Location was ideal. Was within walking distance to eateries etcCleanliness was good
Price was elevated +++ There was no glasses, side table, lamp.

Seemed way too expensive for an Inn. & I checked price again b4 we showed up & it dropped by $40, we paid $200 for 1 nightProbably because it was on a long weekend. At least that’s what we assumed.
