- Cleaning staff very pleasant and do a great job keeping the rooms clean.
Cons -
- Heater didn't work
- People need to training, learn how to talk with customers
- The pool was extremely murky (couldn't see the bottom) and the hot tub was out of order... very disappointing. We were surprised that they only offered loose tea bags (not individually packaged) as complementary tea/coffee... looked very cheap.
