Cons -
- My room had broken glass all in the washroom, multiple people tried to get into my room, I could not sleep as the door would not properly stay locked, overall I did not feel safe whatsoever and I wish I could get a refund.
- Booked a smoking room, got a nonsmoking room. When complained manager told me "we dont give smoking rooms to respectable people", and didn't seem to care I was upset, or want to hear what I had to say, or offer a solution.
- Awful. Dirty. Nasty. Rooms smell disgusting and they smell like smoke, even if they are non smoking rooms. There were stains on the bedsheets. The bathtub wasn't stable. I could, I would give it 0 stars. NEVER EVER VISIT THIS HOTEL. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
