- Location
- Loved it until the toilet broke late at night, requiring us to love to another room. No credit for the inconvenience was offered.
- The hotel was clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable (Room 514) and the water pressure in the shower was incredible.
Cons -
- The room are small and the room and especially the bathroom could be cleaner. They did not clean our room in 2nd day. They excuse was that they were back up.They should have brought us new towels and informed us.
- Broken toilet!
- The temperature of the room was terribly hot and I was unable to turn it down to a more comfortable setting. The pillows also were very hard. At first they felt lovely, but in the morning I woke up with a sore stiff neck.
