- Uncontrolled guests (kids) yelling in halls and knocking on doors late at night and screaming. Temperature control in room didn't work. Sloppy and cheap construction for a newly renovated hotel.
- Did not notice no continental breakfast,that is really cheap,really nice hotel,and your sending them out with nothing.
- The smell of the lobby.
