Pros +
- In recognition of the painfully obvious “under renovations” state of most of the property, the front desk staff member graciously offered the opportunity to decline to stay with full refund. I have never previously encountered such humility.
- Frontline staff was friendly/helpful. We checked in, and upon viewing the room, asked for a refund, which was processed with ease.
Cons -
- No. Thankfully the room greatly exceeded expectations given the very humble state of the property
- The smell and grunge of the hallways and room makes me think this is functioning as a long-term government assisted housing rather than a customer hotel. Do not book this accommodation.
