Great comfortable bed

AC was not working in the room, it was 34 degrees outside and about 50 in room. Room is very small. Gotten woken up in the middle of the night by a bunch of people outside in the parking lot screaming and yelling, people in the hallways yelling.

When I first walked in the hallway I was surprised to see box springs and mattress es and bed frames all throughout the hallway. The place was a mess. No AC in the hallway either. Pop machine was broken. Breakfast was a joke.

The night shift front desk person was an expert in customer service. He helped a lot in room selection and his attitude is highly appreciative. However day time staff wasn't that great and lacks skills.

Complimentary breakfast was a joke. The hotel should eliminate this option for a better face reputation.

The room was clean and tidy and the linen was nice. The staff were very helpful and kind.

It¿s a pretty tired hotel. Needs some sprucing up. The heating system is noisy.

Clean, nice layout, exceptional decor

Location was confusing to find, parking also confusing, could not find stairs to upper level

Beds are comfy, exterior door made unloading the vehicle and loading up in the morning much more convenient

The bathroom was too small

Air conditioner,was loud and kept re- starting. The room we had did not look at all like the one that was advertised. Extremely out dated/ mattress and pillows should have been thrown out 10 years ago. Worms on bathroom floor, management just said sorry.

The price was decent for the quality of the hotel.

The sheets on one bed looked like they may not have been changed, rather just pulled up and the bed re-made. They were deeply crinkled as if they were kicked to the bottom of the bed all night.

About 10 minutes into my stay in my room, the front staff called to make sure everything was to my liking in my room. That meant so much to me! What a nice and thoughtful and personal touch!

House keeping was poor our room wasn¿t attended to either day we were there.

showed front desk booking rate, can’t match. Go to parking lot and book. Just spent 39 nights at a Wyndham in Montreal. Seriously, they managed to figure out how to give me good rate in Manitoba the next night

This place is pretty rough, walls were dirty, mattresses were pretty bad , I slept in my clothes on the bed, I’m a pretty easy going guy and have stayed in a lot of places. But this place has been one of the worst, this place gives the travel lodge a bad impression.

This place needs a good cleaning and an update, the smoke smell in my rooms was pretty bad ,

Convenient location. The property has really tried to bring it back to the standards they had before the nonsense with the fire evacuees. (We stay at this location often). Beds are extremely comfortable. Added additional comforts to rooms. Water was hot. Room was clean. What more do you need for an overnight when travelling.

Had to cancel and book another location

The cleanliness of the room and more specifically the mattress. I always check to make sure its clean and it had stains in multiple areas, crumbs in many areas and possibly traces of bugs (little stains and weird crumbs). I didnt even look at the bathroom/ rest of the room

Could go into your room right from outside

Bathroom fan sounded like a tractor and grouting around bathtub shld be redone. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster to say the least
