Upon registering, the receptionist questioned the validity of my credit card saying it was declined. She asked me for another credit card. I informed her that I had used the card 15 minutes prior to my registration. Now I am charged twice for this room

To close to the highway (very noisy The breakfast was the worst Will not stay there again I would class that as $--- a night motel

Nice friendly staff accommodated us easily as my wife is in wheel chair made sure we were in a ground floor room easily accessible from inside and out

The hotel was very dated, It was very noisy through out the night as the hotel is located next to the highway. A free breakfast was suppose to be included yet there was nothing available.

The bed was broken and the lady at front desk lied to me by saying she talked to her manager and they would refund me. First she suspected that we were jumping over the bed that's why it was broken.

We stayed at 3 Super 8 on our trip, this was by far the best. People were friendly and professional. Room was clean, with everything we needed.

Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Continental breakfast provided. Staff was very friendly! I’d stay again.

No complaints at all about the hotel.

I didn't like the noise outside from trucks backing up beepers and train engines running. BUT I live in the country and we are not used to those noises.

Breakfast selection was great.Excellent room location per request due to limited mobility of one guest.Staff were very accommodating.Facility fairly well maintained despite its age.

Noisy on second floor above room 270 very early in morning. Didn't need alarm clock even though the one supplied in the room did not work.Municipal accommodation tax is a cash grab from the Town of Hearst, which has little to offer for travelers who in addition to paying for accommodations, spend money in stores, restaurants and gas stations during their stay.

The saunas are wonderful after a cold day of work. Clean rooms and very friendly staff.

They took the hot tub out

I told them I needed to extend my stay and the front desk person said it was ok and I keep my room but the. When I was at work the next day they called me a said I need to change rooms. Very bad customer service and I will not stay there anymore.

Along the high way and accessible to everything I want!

I was assigned to the very end of the building, but that was okay??

There was half eaten food and drinks and clothes etc from a previous guest. And we told staff to come take the items and they seemed confused. Yet we spoke to another guest who said they were given the before us but found the items in the room and were moved to another room. So they did nothing to the room and put us in there. Gross to know the room had not been cleaned properly but we were too tired to move rooms and just had the staff remove the items.

Staff not helpful, not friendly, couldn’t understand me although I was speaking English, and when we checked out and I tried to let another girl know what happened, she more or less said I should be understanding instead of helping us

Could use a bit of TLC, weather stripping, upstair walkway, lighting in the interior hallway
