It was close to the hospital.

Bathroom is small. You must close the door to get into the shower/bathtub.

Easy access.

I did NOT like the unexpected OBLIGATION to surrender a credit card "just in case" we partied, set fire to the room, etc. As well, the room door was not fire-rated, solid core door! This is illegal and we reported it to local authorities.

The only thing there is to like is that it's available. It is the only option in the area. The hotel has a room with four walls, a bed, a bathoorm with a shower, a toilet, and sink. My hotel room's performance is satisfactory.

The eggs in the continental breakfast nearly made me vomit.

Close to the shopping mall

The floors in the room were not swept, the tub and toilet were not clean. It?s supposed to be white in colour. It was gross.

There is a new check in system which speeded everything up. The breakfast menu was varied and tasty. The hotel is the closest one to the Hawkesbury exit, going west.

The room was spacious and clean. All employees were especially helpful and efficient. They went out of the way to make sure our stay was perfect. The pool and hot tub area was a bonus. Free breakfast was terrific.

Check in and check out was easy. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice choice of food for breakfast. We did not use the pool or spa.

Pool area very clean and restful. Exercise room great. Staff overly friendly. Coffee great.

Non smoking hotel but our room smelled cigar even though a purifier was placed before we arriced.

Location and cleanliness

Bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Very poor sleep.

The bathroom hasn't been cleaned at all before we arrived. In the bathub there Was mold all over the tyles on the wall, verry discusting.

Hotel was upgraded and all new furniture and finishes in the very clean room Pool was a great size for a hotel with a nice hot tub as well Breakfast was fresh and delicious and server was fast and courteous Overall one of the best we stayed at

Was there with my 89 year old mother would of liked a room on ground floor hard for her to climb stairs elevator was far from room so difficult to get there

wires from heater exposed. no hot breakfast even though they gave us a coupon for a free HOT breakfast. everything was store bought and packaged

The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful. I needed to use the fax machine a few times, and the staff got that done for me right away.I will deifintely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Hawkesbury.

Hotel seems fairly new, and everything was in good working order. The WIFI in the rooms is free, and everything else seemed good. Parking is free. Staff was very helpful when I checked in at 3 a.m.

The free business centre computers still use XP! Very slow.
