The rooms are spacious and clean

Their breakfast was terrible considering the cost of the room. The same options were offered every day (we stayed four nights, and breakfast was the same), and there were limited options to choose from. There is no hotel on the premises.

The pull out sofa bed was the worst I have ever slept in in my life?should NOT promote more sleeping space as the ONLY bed that was usable was the king size in bedroom

Checking out I had a very rude worker, she made me feel I was putting her out and she was very abrupt with my questions I had.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly Room was nicely appointed with all required items

Breakfast was ok, would have liked actual eggs and meat rather then the prepared breakfast sandwiches

I felt one person at the front desk was not very helpful.

The Hotel is really nice, the employees are super friendly, the Hotel is dog friendly, breakfast is both good and caters to gluten allergy. We will continue to stay there.

my lakeview room and the quiet first thing in the morning.

I brought my dog with me and I am thankful that it is a pet friendly hotel. I do not agree with the 100.00 extra charge it involves. Vacuuming up a few dog hairs does not warrant this amount of money.

Large bright room. Comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast.

A little costly. We stayed here last year for much less.

All the above and the location. We could walk to the restaurants and boutiques and bars and sit on the balcony and look over the lake. It was a great mini vacation. Our room was equipped with all you need in a kitchen. Loved it.

BEING ABLE TO PARK VEHICLE AND WALK TO SEE THE THINGS WE WERE THERE FOR.

THE RESTRICTED VIEW OF THE LAKE WAS OK BUT NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING.

I didn't see any "No lake view" words when I was booking. The lady in the front desk gave me a room which is very dark on the first floor. You can only see bushes through the window. The lady told me " no lake view" marked on the reservation!!!

Staff was lovely, breakfast was fantastic. Location, cleanliness, amenities were all excellent. Great stay!

The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and overlooked the lake. The rooms were modern and clean.

our* lake view* room had a tree right outside the balcony.....if you tilted your head the right you could see about 30 ft of bay.

There was less to do in the area than I thought. I called ahead and was lead to believe that there would be restaurant choices and hiking trails within walking distance from the property.

The 'room' was like a small condo..very well laid out for 2 people. It was great to have free breakfasts, free internet and parking. It was very clean and the staff pleasant. The hotel is situated in a good place for walking along a boardwalk by the lake.

The only complaint was that the internet in the room was slow at times for the iPhone - my MacBook was usually okay. The iPhone worked better in the lobby area.
