Central location, wonderful warm pool and hot tub, congenial staff,and very clean! We’d definitely return.

Room was a bit small, and so was the washroom.

The location; only about 3 minutes drive to my conference venue and close to the downtown square, restaurants, etc.

The lighting. With the exception of the little reading lights, all the lights in the bedroom were flourescent-like cool blue CFLs. Switching to the warm versions would make a huge difference. The bathroom fan was ext loud, and the wake-up call didn't work

Looks a bit shabby on the outside (paint needed) but great on the inside.

It is exceptional clean.

For this level of hotel and the price it was just as I wanted...low cost,room was as I would have expected....have made plenty stays at thesame level of hotel and this one is up in the list...had had a lot that Iwould never go back to.

Utilities of some sort possibly laundry rooms or even pumps/ filters forswimming facility but what ever it was it was very loud and you actuallycould feel the vibration on the room walls....had to put ear pods in so Icould drown out the noise.....first started with a loud noise that ran foralmost an hour....then intermittent afterwords....not a good sleep...it allbegan around 9 pm....sadley but I would still return just not that room.

The room was cold and had a damp feel.,heat hadn't been used. No extra blankets. By time we left the room was starting to feel warmer and sheets stopped being clammy. So suggest in fall season pre warm room when guests are prebooked.

I didn't have a meal there. But the reason I was there was a show by Natalie MacMaster and her husband Donnel. She is a fiddler from Cape Breton Nova Scotia Canada. Where my mother Annie MacAskill Primeau came from Englishtown Cape Breton Nova Scotia. She came to Detroit in 1918. Later she met my father Paul Primeau. They were both telegraph operators. So sometimes when they were playing cards and there opponents thought they were tapping on the table they thought they were cheating. By the way in the early 70s I worked for the J W Westcott company that delivers mail to ships on the Detroit River. I worked in the office as a dispatcher. I would talk to the ships by radio. Back then you couldn't text anyone. But the Westcott company had teletype machine provided by Western Union. My mother Annie worked for Western Union so sometimes she would text me by the teletype machine. Also there is something unique about my father's birthday. He was born on March 29th 1897. My son Paul was born on March 29th 1976. And a choir friend of mine Paul Spencer was also born on March 29th, but I don't know what year.

Love the staff, facilities are clean, and big fan of the central location.

I liked the pool. The pool was warm, easy to enter.

The air conditioning was very noisy and needed to be turned off to sleep. This made the room warm.o

Very clean everywhere. The pool, the rooms, the office, the grounds. Dated but well maintained. There is a pool, sauna AND a hot tub.

Clean, good size rooms with all the amenities, but our favorite is always the indoor pool with hot tub and sauna.

Bring slippers if you're staying in the colder months. The laminate floors take a very, very long time to warm up.

Renovated room with good bathroom. Quiet location

The first night was fine but our room wasnt cleaned the next day. The following day we asked about it and they pointed to a notice on the check in desk that room cleaning was every other day, which is fine but it wasnt pointed out on check in.So the next day when the room was to be cleaned it wasnt. The front desk apologised and said it should have been done.. The next day we saw the housekeeper and she asked if we wanted the room cleaned and we said yes.On our return that night the garbage was gone, the room wasnt cleaned, all the towels were gone but they. were good enough to leave a floor mat and a face cloth.I went back to front desk the next day and again they were apologetic and i told them we were checking out the next day so we did not need service.We got back that night and our room was beautifully serviced.Front desk hours are 9am to 9pm and we always got back after 10pm

Very clean. Good location.

I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub closed at 8. We had a long drive and were looking forward to using the facilities in the evening. We didn't get in until 7:30.

Very clean and easily accessible. Excellent value for the price. Stayed one night so a smaller room met our needs. Able to park outside our door on the first level. Quiet inside during night. Could watch the ball game on the tv. Comfortable bed.

Close to downtown and easy to locate. Place is clean. Staff easy to communicate.
