- Old world charm.
- Beautiful historical setting along Lake Simcoe nestled in among century old trees.Many historical curiosities hidden throughout the grounds and buildings that go unmentioned. UNLESS you ask for the write-up at the front desk. Only an hr from the City!

- The television set-up which included the Roku App. Did not have regular cable.
- 3 no charge bicycles for use. Need repair and/or replacement. Wedding parties can be noisy after 11 PM.
- -The breakfast was ok, but we had to go and hunt for things as simple as salt and pepper shakers and spoons. -Too many stairs and no elevators. Overall not worth the $$$.
