The bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels were plush and clean. A good size shower.

No elevator. No one to help with luggage, up the stairs. Minimal amenities. The building are not very appealing from the outside.

I had an excellent experience at the Stay Inn Hotel. The staff—from the front desk to housekeeping—were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights was their flexibility; they were able to facilitate an early check-in for us and even securely stored our luggage over the weekend while we were away. The location is very convenient, especially with its proximity to the airport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto!

The fire alarm went off around 11pm for almost an hour. Not impressed.

Very clean, updated rooms with everything you need. No coffee/tea in rooms, but great coffee/tea available 24 hours in breakfast area. Great breakfast option variety. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Very quiet. Wonderful housekeeping service. Having glass glasses in the room was very nice. Easy access to all major roads.

Nothing was missing from our stay.

The room was perfect, just what we expected. I had some work I needed to do - and there was ample light - and plenty of outlets and USB ports. The complimentary breakfast was more than we expected. A great job by everyone!

Location is good. And the facility is clean.

The ground level rooms can be a little noisy. However, no elevator for upper levels.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The building on the outside is unassuming but inside it’s very nice and a well maintained hotel. Our room was cozy, clean and comfortable with a touch of luxury. We were impressed with all the little touches, from the ambient lighting, updated bathroom, very comfortable bed and the decor that felt more like a nicely decorated room than a typical hotel. The main lobby area was decorated beautifully with a nicely lit up huge Christmas tree and low Christmas music playing in the background. Very good breakfast provided with lots of fresh options including waffles, fruit, eggs, bacon, home fries etc.. . Staff was attentive and friendly. This hotel has lots of ambience, and a nice warm vibe. Highly recommend, will likely be back.

The room is big and clean, bed is very comfortable, and toilet is clean. Breakfast is very filling and housekeeping is attentive & meticulous. The hotel's location is good, with shops, restos & mall nearby.
