Cons -
- This past weekend was quite windy and the wind made a constant noise where the chimney from the fire-place went outside. It sounded as if the wind was going into the chimney and that made it difficult to sleep on the second night there.I was also surprised to see that there was no restaurant available. This was a first for me while staying at a Hilton and I have stayed at Hilton hotels from the US to India, UK, etc.
- No pedestrian crossing on very busy roadway to access village amenities
- Bed is not comfy. Not flat but there bumps maybe because it is already old. The pillows are not comfy too as if nothing inside it.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. easy access from parking lot. large showers. fireplace was lovely.
could hear people walking around above us. But was not a problem.
Although it was dated it was comfortable. Great size and comfortable seating area. We stayed less than 24 hours so not sufficient time to do any cooking or experience the room fully.
The main bathroom toilet would run every time it was flushed. We had to take the lid off and move the flapper to get the water to stop running. We had to call to get the Chromecast to work. These are annoyances that guests should not have to worry about especially since we were there for less than 24 hours. We didn't want to spend time having to deal with maintenance issues. The hotel should check to ensure that everything is in working order before guests check in. Check in time is too late (4pm) and check out time is too early (10am). This should be reviewed and policy should accommodate the occupancy level of the hotel. There was no one coming in after us and there were lots of rooms (you can tell from the amount of cars in the parking lot). No one was skiing due to the snow melt and weather conditions. (April). It should not have been a problem to extend check out to noon. This would have gone over so well with our group giving us an extra few hours to hang out.
The room was spacious and tidy but dated. THe bathroom was amazing, nice shower and fantastic tub. Location was good
The bedding wasnt as nice as I had hoped for the price of the room. The room was dated but tidy enough. The kitchen was nice. The bed is due for replacement, was not as comfortable as Id hoped.
Really enjoyed the coziness, gas fireplace, location, well stocked with everything one would need for the most part. - thank you.The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to see the walkin shower, toilet and massively sized tub in the bedroom of this 1 king bedroom suite as they were not included in the description pictures on booking.com. I wish I could've stayed a few more days.
Sofa as a sofa was great, but as a pullout bed - really really uncomfortable from the mattress to the squeaking everytinme you moved was off putting.Shower pressure and hot water - not the greatest There was only 1 hairdryer in the bedroom, which for a family with 3 females was quite inconvenient.
This was our 2nd stay in blue mountian, 1st was at Westin. We liked our room better here and the cabin feel of the lobby room was much cozier
It wasn't at all a big deal, but there wasn't a proper walk-path across the road through to the village in winter.
Clean , cost and the hot tub
The hotel was clean and comfortable beds. I enjoyed the hot tub.
I forgot a few expensive items behind and when I called to retrieve them I was told that the items were not there. I am certain that they were left in a droor underneath the sink. I understand the hotel carries a ‘no responsibility’ policy for items left behind.. I don’t want to accuse anyone from the team for stealing them but it makes it very hard to believe that my items have suddenly disappeared.
Hot pools and managment on front desk was amazingly helpful.
Water bottles
Clean Sheets clean Shampoo etc smelled nice Close to mountain Staff nice and helpful
No house coatsThe ironing board was dirty and stained The clothing cabinet was in an inconvenient spot
Everything
We needed tea bags and really good coffee for the morning not decafs and herbal tea which won’t give us any energy in the morning…probably make it breakfast included coz it’s not a small price that we pay for each night ….
We stayed at the studio for 1 night. It is fabulous. 3 mins walk to the village. We got nice mountain view from the room. The hotel has a nice hottub that can be acessible from 5 am to 11pm
We stayed on the second floor but we can't use the elevator and We had to go upstairs with our heavy suitcases. I tried to ask them about the rooms kitchen before coming but no one replied
Interesting property just outside the village. Lots of areas to meet in the common rooms.
very very very dusty on and behind end tables like large fluff, lights and vents, staff hesitant to help, had to ask for more towels for example as room was not serviced. Kitchen had NO stove top!
The room was outstanding. Loved the fireplace. Although we didn’t use the pool or hot tub we will next time. Just a beautiful resort.
Would have liked a breakfast or restaurant nearer to resort. Maybe because we stayed during off season there was limitations on what was available.
Great location, big and clean bathroom, electric fireplace and a terrace
Cotrage style buildings and vibe, great staff , big room and balcony, peaceful
Some food/drink options on site would be convenient
We stayed in 605 first floor. Loved the balcony for relaxing. The bed was so comfortable I need a mattress like this at home lol. The bathroom was large and so clean. The kitchenette so very nice had everything we needed. We will be back again next year.
The only thing I would like is a raised toilet, it was low. No other complaints.
Nice, very large room
For our request, they just passed the ball to booking.com, and booking.com passed it back to them.
