Windows do not open and temperature was hard to control. There were chirping noises the whole time which made it difficult to sleep.

It locates at convenient place to shop and eat.

The checkin time is behind schedule. The stairs are not clean.

Great location, friendly staff, room very comfortable, love the walk-in shower (not a bathtub), breakfast included was really nice.

Would have liked a sitting area outside of each room, with a door to the outside.

Location is good,very convenient for family, friendly staff and good breakfast,I like the lemon water especially.

The bedding could have been a little better (plush like some hotels). The counter space in the bathroom could have been a little bigger especially for 2 women.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, well located & if you are on a budget its good value for money.

The over crowded breakfast area made it difficult to find a seat. The staff could not keep up with the amount of people and as a result some of the items took longer to get replenished like scrambled eggs and potatoes.

The location was perfect as it was close to the bike trail and restaurants.

We were very disappointed that the pool was closed as we enjoy going for a swim after a long bike ride.

Yes, the pool was closed. I even called to make sure it was open and I got the answer 'yes' when I checked it that said it has been closed for a long time. So I had 2 kids that were very disappointed.

It was close to blue Mountain When the sheets had hair on them the staff came in and changed the sheets right away

The room was filthy! There was makeup (or blood) smudged on the inside of the bathroom door. The shower head was not secured to the wall and squealed as the water pressure increased. The continental breakfast was awful.

Excellent location and friendly staff.

Pool closed and drained. Not enough cleaning staff avaable. Room was not cleaned even after requesting it be cleaned. There was a large amount of black and red mold around the shower.

Carpet in rooms need shampooing. Not very soundproof.

room was full of smoke. small. terrible room. we were switched after waiting 30 min in old room. new room was better. blood stained sheets, toilet didn't flush, no fridge, no one ever answered front desk calls....I can go on.

the fridge and microwave in the room, are very convenient.

no one came to clean the room during my stay, i have to take out the garbage, i was on vacation, not at home doing chores

Nice lobby

No fridge. No microwave. No bath tub. No closet. Two double beds and one was very uncomfortable. Too close to the highway. Wifi service was very bad.
