- They did not have a very good breakfast selection. There was not enough yogurt out & the waffle maker was not available.
- Hotel was not in walking distance of restaurants, short drive if you have a car. Morning breakfast started to late 0730 to see if it was any good.

Motel was disgusting and cost me more from booking online then in person with exchange rate.
Exactly as expected, good room and location for price.
dtd not have breakfast
old and tired but liveable
Good value. This place is from the 1950s and has clearly been maintained but has not undergone a full reno. People seem to complain about things that are normal for an older building. There is an odor in the hall, but I found it to be the same as my grandparents house and our church that are both older wood buildings of the same age. It was actually a little nostalgic. Is generally well maintained and everything was clean. It's priced quite competitive and you need to be ok with it not being the Hilton. I thought it was kept quite clean for an older building.
Staff was a little slow. No breakfast and minimal coffee in the morning.
Bed was comfortable
Heat didn't work. Room was cold. Deadbolt on door wouldn't lock. We left early due to room temperature being too cold. TV also didn't work.
I was not offered a breakfast..I did not know where the dining room was. The maintenance gentleman was the only one I met and Patrick the computer guy was helpful..otherwise I was always away for my church functions. It was quite cuz I was the only one most of the time. But the towels and the beddings were not changed the whole time I was there.
The towels and the beddings were not changed..
Great Location. The management waited for us even though we arrived 1.5 hour past checkin time. That was top elegance!!
It needs a bit of love.

The location was good
Our deadbolt didn't work and staff tried telling me it's fine and that the door locks from the outside and then when I continued to say I need a new room that locks they tell me none of the deadbolts work on any of the rooms! Eventually we did get another room with a deadbolt that works. The A/C kept making a smell while it was on, informed staff and they simply said that they change the filters so it cannot be the A/C. The "hot water" isn't hot, had it all the way on with the cold water off and it didn't get very hot. Staff do not clean the rooms till you leave yet they enter the rooms multiple times a day, I would leave a light on in the room for when we got back and EVERYTIME we left and came back all the lights were off so they must've entered the room but never cleaned up so unsure why they would even enter.
You can get to downtown Collingwood in a matter of minutes, although Collingwood is a small town anyway.
Poor value for money. Nearly $200 a night for staying at an outdated hotel that does not even provide breakfast. In addition, I found the older gentleman at the reception to have poor customer service skills. My idea of hospitality is not defined as being berated by someone with a bad attitude.
Cheap priceTop staff
Cold dated
Cheap prices
No curtains/unexplained doors in rooms …. Rude staff… was aggressively greeted by a pushy man who rents space for a computer shop in the front as soon as I stepped onto the front steps asking who I was and what I wanted… he then proceeded to constantly suggest that I be removed from the premises…

Cheap price and well located
Old facilities but not that bad.
It is located close to the event I attended. Staff is friendly.
My room was near the lobby. On my first night there was a very loud argument in the lobby. It was unsettling and made going to sleep difficult. The next night was thankfully quiet.
It was quiet and realativly clean
The decor was dated. Retro might best describe it. late 60's or 70's. Hair dryer provided was a joke. Shampoo and soap provided were very low quality. No extra room amenities such as a clock with alarm, coffee maker, ice bucket.Peeling wall paper, cracked tiles floor and wall.
There was nothing to like
Room smelled musky, very sketchy area didn't feel safe, checked back out same night I checked in. Was not impressed one bit. Wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.
