A bit expensive.

Proximity to the ski hill was great . The front desk staff very helpful. Ski transportation to the valet at the village was so convenient. The unit was quiet, clean and well appointed.

The shower was updated but did cause water to pool outside on the floor no matter how the head was positioned. The pull out couch mattress not that comfortable. The sauna at the pool are was not working all the time and a little dirty

if you stay on the side, that's inside the village. It's very noisy.. The garbage trucks, the snow plows through the night Having an inside room overlooking the pool would be ideal if you're looking to sleep

We loved the room layout, amenities and proximity to the village area. Staff was very helpful and accommodating!! Also loved the fireplace in the room.

There was some issues with cleaning, for example the light switch in the bathroom had built up dirt that I had to remove with hand sanitizer :(Parking was a little crazy too but it was a busy weekend.

The location was excellent, it was very, room facilities were great, jacuzzi was the best!

No changing rooms at the pool. The sauna and fitness area wasn’t very clean.

Room was newly renovated and it was spacious and spotlessly clean.

Instructions and mapping out the areas weren’t very clear.

We just spent 9 nights at Mosiac and it was fantastic. The friendly staff, great location to the village, spacious room and loved the outdoor hot spa.

The location is accessible

Toiletries are missing like toothbrush , toothpaste and blankets for the pullout couch. These should be looked upon and checked so guest don’t need to call the front desk.

Confortable rooms, lots of activities are included

Some rooms are not renovated and we feel uncomfortable because AC was very loud and we couldn’t even turn it off. The fridge was without a freezer. But when we asked to change the room, administration immediately did it for us.

It was extremely loud in the morning. There was a crane outside at 6:45am, people were outside my window on a lift, doing work.

What's the point?

I searched for Blue Mountain in the Poconos in Pennsylvania, not realizing that Booking.com was booking a room for me in Canada. Do better next time. Thanks for wasting my time and ruining my trip.

We liked the pool, fitness club and the comfort of the room.

Our heat was not working The cold air was blowing out.We had a service call and it was fixed for a few hrs and cold air was still blowing out .It was a cold room and now we both have head colds .-We went to make a dinner . The first pit I picked was filthy . Dried up food was in side the pot . We did not cook.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very comfortable.

It was too busy but that wasn’t their fault. The parking garage is very tight, was difficult with a big car.

Newly renovated, convenient parking, price of stay, friendly staff, fully equipped kitchen (if you chose the suite with one), and the activity perks that come with your booking!
