the room was only okay, but the mosquitos were horrible and I got many bites. Why wasn`t the place sprayed or something done about this problem to at least reduce this risk??? The bed was only just okay!

Rude staff. Minimal guests at hotel but each day staff wanting guests out at exact checkout time and knocking on door. Most hotels will let you have an extra half hour or so to check out.

The bed was excellent to sleep on. Both my mom and I have previous back injuries and were worried about having a good, solid sleep after driving a long distance. It was located outside of the big city so it was easier to sleep. The staff were excellent

My mom did not like there was no milk for her tea. She did not like the old fashioned light fixture on the top of the ceiling and was not impressed with the old bathroom door. In the bathroom, it would be recommended adding a vanity of some kind.

Front service concierge was rude. I was not comfortable with the information he had asked for from me, it seemed very invasive. Bathroom was not clean, spider and other bugs were in and around the tub. Will not recommend.

The staff were very kind and helpful. I had an accident with my rental car while in Collingwood and the staff went out of their way to help me. They are very nice people and the motel is very clean and a good location.

Great location and super comfortable room. Very good value for what I needed in terms of a convenient stay in a busy area.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Clean bed, sheets and towels. It had everything I needed to stay for overnight and relax, but if I needed more I wouldn't mind to stay longer.

Clean room and all the emenities you could ask for. Microwave, fridge, and a 32" TV. Hot shower and clean towels. Couldn't ask for more from such an affordable accommodation. Would definitely visit again. BTW, A 15-30 minute drive to the blue mountains ski resort(depending on weather conditions). Worth every penny if you want to extend your day ski trip to a weekend trip.

The low cost. Excellent value. Excellent staff, very helpful and not at all intrusive.

The bathroom has no shelves, medicine cabinet or flat surfaces to put your toiletries in or on. The pedestal type sink has room only for a bar of soap and perhaps a cup. There is no convenient place for your toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, shaving equipment etc.

Everything, always very clean and accommodating. I go every year from to. Toronto to Wasaga beach with my daughter and I’ve know the owners since they took over this place. They are very friendly and always make sure you are happy. The owner made coffee for me every morning (Thank (*_*) You)

The owners are Relax Inn are lovely people. However, I don't think I will return to this inn. I am not comfortable with insects, especially spiders and spiders were everywhere, especially hanging off the outside doors. Although I Did not see spiders in my room, I see see a fly and an ant and I am sure the spider was just more skilled at remaining undetected. I was told they are dealing with a spider infestation. The bathroom is clean enough but the carpet in the mainroom is old and scary. The walls are not thick and its easy to hear the next room over. Luckily it was not busy. The showerhead was almost broken, I played with it for a while and got it to function, but it functioned poorly with very little water pressure. The mattress was extremely hard (fortunately I like that) and the 2 pillows were extemely flimsy ( I do not like that).For the price, I would expect a better looking room, more updated and NO insects inside and NO spiders making their home on the outside door. Given the value, this price per night should be closer to $100, not $150.

Bad smell no cleanliness.

Room was really smelly and I requested to owner to refund me money back but she didn’t and we also didn’t stay in the property that night. We just left after all that bad experience.

Staff very nice- it’s far from Blue Mountain but close to Collingwood -great if you’re skiing and driving -too far for an uber from the ski hill though
