Nothing worked, high pet fee, terrible cleanliness, heat failed, gross, not friendly staff, and breakfast was terrible

Absolutely nothing

The place is dirty, run down, and to add insult to injury, they charged my credit card $25 more than the price on my itinerary confirmation, while denying they did. RUN, don¿t walk, away from these hucksters!

Restaurant on site

Breakfast was bussing rooms were nice.

The room location room 155 internet was very slow.

Drive up room was handy

The room was in complete disrepair. All the trim in the room was chipped, flaking, coming off the walls. The chair was broken. Thermostat was missing. Had to move the microwave to plug it in. Sink drain plug wasn’t installed. A piece of glass/window pane was leaning against the wall.

The bed were nice. It was clean. Price was good for a quick trip

The property was very dirty and old . There is a very bad smell

I was there for work the first room we had had no heating and smell really bad so they gives us another room but the other room smell as bad as the first one and it was really dirty also . They gives us another third room but witch smell better but was also dirty , the third day we woke up to no water in the room . So we asked for a refund for the 5 days left we had to stay . Now I’m still waiting for the refund but the property is saying it’s up to booking.com to refund and booking is saying it’s up to the property to refund . So probably will never get the refund . I reserve couples of hotel every month for work . Will definitely NOT use booking in the future . You can find better places to stay in Cochrane then the travel inn

The room was very spacious but very outdated if you don’t mind rustic it’s awesome I loved but the kitchenette needs updated

I have nothing bad to say great guest service housekeeper was awesome office staff great staff at restaurant great had panzerotti it was awesome large great value for the money

Property was simply not well kept. The outside looked like a garbage dump.Inside, room was clean, but furniture looked like it was picked up at the roadside, and not all lights worked.Breakfast was minimal.

Terrible and short.

The room was smelly, the carpet was filthy, the chair was badly stained and the bathroom smelled like an outhouse. We asked for another room but it was knly slightly better. We decided there was no way we could stay there and left.

The location was ok and the restaurant for pizza was handy. The price was right for a quick stay over.

Property could use some cosmetic updates

Location

When I booked 2 weeks before, it says with breakfast, wifi, and hair dryer. When I checked in the lady at the desk says, I will give you a room upstairs in our apartment because there is a fire issue and I cannot give you rooms in these area (she’s pointing the hotel rooms). I asked what about breakfast, she said, the money you pay is only enough for your stay not including breakfast. When I get upstairs into their apartment, it is not that clean, I don’t even feel like seating in the couch. I was so tired from long trip and I checked in very late at night. I just need a shower and a clean bed and left early morning for another long driving going down south. It wasn’t fun at all my back hurts sleeping in that old mattress.

Never again

The pictures online were definitely of a different hotel, the shower was disgusting, the bathroom fan was not cleaned in years,horrible breakfast.

Easy access to room and food

Springs sticking out of side of mattress- toilet not attached to the floor- window screens were ripped- no black out curtains

I liked the clealiness and every thing working properly.

I did not like the beds as it was written queen beds but they were twin sizes.

Big room, two small fridges, stove...

Breakfast was only yogurt, toast, dry cereal & muffins
