Polite Staffs and the layout and cleanliness in the rooms

The staffs are very friendly and the space was equal to my demand

Thought they had a stove in the kitchen. Also the coffee maker could be change to something more handy

The Kitchenette and the king size bed! Breakfast was also great!

Needed more pillows for the king size! At least 4 pillows. A bathrobe would be nice too.

Side doors were always locked and not accessible as entry points. Elevator was at opposite side of main entrance (would have been convenient if side entrances were usable.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly, found hair on pillows and bed sheet, not sure if they were changed or not. Lots of human hair on carpet, you can tell it was vacuumed.

Spacious rooms , microwave , fridge , availability of Dishes for food in the room was absolutely a great addon.Amazing experience all in all. They even allowed us to check in one hour late ( after I requested for it due to my flight times )

Housekeeping and cleanliness need more improvement -a spider in the restroom, cramped breakfast area. Can also improve on the selection of breakfast items

Spacious suite for family of 4. Clean and comfortable.

Located in industrial area. Breakfast is very limited for hotel like this. No coffee or tea in afternoon.

Nothing great, besides its located close to a highway.

Overall, the hotel is way below in everything, cleanliness, customer service etc. I have stayed here for 3 nights and I literally had to fight to have my room serviced, after repeatedly asking it to be cleaned. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel location and the room amenities were great.

The only thing I didn't like was that the stairwell was not easily accessible from the main elevator area. The stairwell door was located behind a locked door that was not accessible even with our room keys. The stairwell was only accessible to go down.

It was very clean and we liked the kitchenette. We didn¿t have to go out for meals

The boxed breakfast was terrible. There was only 1 chair in the room, although there were two people. There was insufficient blankets for the bed.

Everything, specially the small kitchen inside my room was so convenient, i also had 2 little ones, so it worked out very well.
