Park Inn by Radisson Brampton, ON

Hotel was close to the mosque and airport. They gave us bottles of water and a toothbrush/ toothpaste set for everyone at the check in. We loved the location.

Staff was pleasant. Hotel employee at the front was excellent

In between pullout couch had crumbs and dirty so dont forget to clean that area when cleaning the room. All else was good

The toilet.

The TV kept flashing LED LG.. The switch on one lamp was broken. Had to unplug to turn off.

The continental breakfast was good and a fiat amount of variety

Clean and tidy,friendly staff, location, fresh air and quiet.

I suggest that you would not allow guests to takeout breakfast or timely replace stuff. I came at 8:15am and almost everything was gone by that time.

When I checked into the room the tv was not working there was a connection problem with the Bell box when I went to call the front desk the phone was not working, I went down to the front desk the gentleman tried to fix and replace the box it didn?t work.

If they do maintains it will be good

Yes , blanket are so dirty, towel and blanket have ladies hair in it, and floor mat was damage and there was nail in it, which pinch into my fut

Location and closeness of family and facilities.

Lights were dull in the room especially in the washroom. No exhaust fan in the washroom. No hookups in the washroom to change clothes. Poor complimentary breakfast system, many times running out of juice, milk etc.

Breakfast was an absolute disappointment. Only bagels and a few slices of bread No butter or any other spread. When I asked about butter a barefeeted young lady brought a used 1/2 kg bar of butter. She appeared to have been awakened from sleep.

Microwave was not provided No toilet paper as well as facial tissues

Clean linens and wonderful cleaning staff. The two male front desk employees were also professional.

TV didn't work well In some rooms . The front desk female workers wasn't friendly neither their seems approachable.

Good bed & room, plus breakfast snacks included was a pleasant surprise.

TV did not work properly and was not repaired, even though the technician was on site. A/C was loud, as well.

quiet and clean

No working TV. Coffee available bu no milk or cream. Dry cereal in the morning but no milk. White bread in the morning but no butter for the toast

Nothing, i never come back at this place.

No free breakfast at 8am, the hotel offer me breakfast at the check in but when i wake up at the next day, nothing was ready, the bed has a big hole and the people of the hotel just try to cover it with more sheets and the time when i let down i feel it,

The location was what we needed at the time

needed to return to reception as key cards did not work, needed to ask for hair dryer, one face cloth, bathroom door would hit toilet if not careful. Having said that, staff were friendly and prompt with any request (e.g. hair dryer)

The room was nice and clean when I arrived. The bed is very comfy. The staff is very nice and I enjoyed chatting with them. In fact, they were, by far, the best thing about this hotel.

Location isn't great. Not much nearby. The complimentary breakfast was awful and was the same every day. Rooms are only cleaned every other day, & my room wasn't cleaned for 5 days. Bathroom lighting is awful!

The room air conditioner was good

Staff preparing/ displaying breakfast were touching food with their bare hands Sink was leaking water. Staff was notified and did nothing about it Staff did not provide toilet paper and towel during long stay You can hear everything through walls

The front desk person was very helpful and she offered to help me with my luggage since someone was using the luggage cart. I was able to carry it all myself. The offer of assistance was super nice!!

The modernity.

My room was on the road side. It was very noisy. Plus the other guests and the room close to the elevator. Breakfast (6am-9am) was included but everything was empty at 8am. After 15 minutes waiting, the food was not ready so we took only toasts. No soap
