Staff were helpful and very attentive to my needs.

The bathtub caulking needs to be replaced. It was black it areas.

Comfy pillows & bed

Dirty~water cooler at front entrance and they kept the lights & t.v. in the breakfast area ~ did not look welcoming. Shower/tub dirty-needs calking. We paid way 2 much $ for this motel. Said overnight that pay-for movies will be fixed but it never was.

Location was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Also close to highway.

No warm water for showers. Hot tub was brown the first day. Couldn¿t see out dirty window. Tile in bathroom fell. desk clerk asked man behind me what he wanted as if I were invisible. Remote was not working, clerk did not bring one, I had to go get it.

Hotel had wifi issues over the 2 day stay and the a/c had a buzzing noise. Neither got addressed over the stay

Toilet seat was broken, flushing system was not good, break fast was not good as we saw Quality inn California , and other locations. Thanks

Room was clean. Fast check in. Price was good and reasonable

I booked 5 non refundable days on this hotel but only needed to stay 2 nights. I requested if they can give me credit for the remaining nights in the future but they refused . They were rigid which really disappointed me.

Good service, clean room, plenty of parking

Breakfast eggs quality was inconsistent. Location of hotel was at least 30 minutes from downtown Toronto due to traffic.

Coffee machine makes lattes

This hotel is below standard for a Quality Inn and Suites. It's run down but also dirty. Carpets are not vacuumed, rooms are not clean. Strong floral scent in rooms. Front desk staff often don't wear masks and usually below their nose if they wear one.

I never want to stay again here

Not at all good customer service to the customers. Room no 117 . We went to celebrate birthday but room has nasty smell and there was a big fight between some ladies eventually we couldn¿t sleep total night . There is no breakfast. Laziest people .

Staff were nice

Walls in room were dirty. Carpets were gross. No Kleenex in room. Spider in bathtub. Bathroom fan was caked in dirt. Very noisy guests in other rooms. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am, wasn¿t even started at 7 am. One of the lamps was broken.

Left ice buckets in bathroom.....nasty Still do not have the security deposit back for either my zTuesday or Thursday night stay....other hotels credit it back the day you check out

Needed more toiletries

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Parking was closer and free.

Toilet broken and water was flowing continuously. Reception did not feel responsible to fix, till there was a fight. got it fixed later calling the manager. Doubt they knew the problem and allocated the room. The flow was very obvious when we entered room

Yes, the room smelled like old perfume, the sauna didn't work, my room key didn't work, wallpaper was peeling, the staff seemed hostile

I really appreciated the room and location as its close to the highway. I liked that there was a pool and exercise room also.

The manager at the point of check in was very rude, I somewhat felt that he thought we could not afford the stay (maybe because of my race) he had an attitude. My son was there so I did not confront him, I would not stay there again to be honest.

Staff was friendly and accommodative to our needs.

Not sure why hotel charged additional taxes eventhough it was fully paid for.

Nice to have a free breakfast, but it was lacking. Pastries were stale and the fresh fruit did not get replenished.

Some of the staff were incredibly disrespectful. There were never towels at the pool during the four times we visited the pool during our stay. We had to ask at the front desk for some and still they did not come. The manager was very rude!!!!
