Very clean and very pleasant staff

Only 2 bath towels in our room. Had to request more.

Hotel looks like new. The room has great space and was very clean. Breakfast had good options and food was fresh.

Hot water was almost like dripping in the shower. Not sure is it was a water pressure problem or something else. It?d be nice to take a look since cold will be here soon.

The staff were very kind and helpful.

On the website it said they had airport shuttle, which I needed, but when I got there and asked for the shuttle they said they didn¿t have one. That was the whole point of choosing this hotel and it was very frustrating. Change the website

The address is not easy to find on GPS around 1/2 km massage came to arrive at the destination. Luckily I saw the hotel building and reach it otherwise it was difficult.

Loved the fact that they are restaurants and Costco so close to the hotel , hotel lobby was pretty clean , breakfast could¿ve been better I like the free coffee all day and night .

There¿s a little chair that was dirty , it kinda smell like pee in the room I don¿t know why but other everything was good

Cleanliness. Bed sheets are changed daily.

Nothing to be honest. They are doing some interior renovation in the lobby area and because of that there is no seat, but it is understandable. We will come back anytime we are in Brampton area. Hopefully the renovation would have been completed by then.

The bed and pillows we¿re comfortable.

No one told us they are having renovation. No place to eat breakfast so we had to bring our food in our room,

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean, King Room was spacious. Also had a microwave and fridge which was awesome. The coffee cups were fun with faces and sleeves to dress up your coffee :)

The only thing was the pool was not in order when we went but my son and I were only there for the night and were pretty tired so it wasn't a huge deal but if we had time I would've loved to take him to the pool.

Pool was closed for repair. I was not aware of this at the time of booking or I would not have booked.

I like This place because it is clean, has a gym, free parking, friendly staff and breakfast is included. Close to many fast food restaurants.

Well maintained facility. Located nicely close to Indian grocery store, Convention Center and restaurants.

I wish they had more vegetarian friendly breakfast options.

Cleaning

Front staff and also the morning breakfast was cold. And served in small portions.

How the room was exactly as shown, the price was great compared to the amenities in the room (hot tub)

Staff was a little rude, made us wait while they updated each other for the end of the shift. Made us wait while someone went to check if our room had been cleaned.

While the check in was very slow, the service was professional at all times. That is what a customer wants.

The ceiling in the room looked like there was severe water damage and needed repair as the finishing appeared to be separated from the concrete base.

Clean rooms, free parking, breakfast included, lots of stores and restaurants nearby, and only 25 minute drive to Canada's Wonderland.

Friendly courteous staff, clean spacious room, clean pool with lots of towels, great complimentary breakfast.

Not one thing. When I return to Toronto, I want to stay at this hotel!

Clean. Nice breakfast and breakfast area. Bed was comfortable.

Deadbolt was a little finnIcky. Front desk staff could have been a little more forthcoming about available ammenities. Also, didn’t know about gluten free options for breakfast and didn’t offer to find out.
