no hot water for shower let taps run 15 min still none

Floor was clean and full of sand. Remote didn't work. Parking lot was all taken up by the owners UHaul trucks. Breakfast was not great. Warm milk, dry bread etc...

Free parking, comfy beds, good location. Front desk lady was friendly.

There was a storm that night and I had a river of rain running into my room from the window well. The dripping kept me up most of the night.

They had breakfast

My husband had to fix piece so we could use our shower Toilet ran all night. Someone in another room taking a shower sounded like they were in my room in the shower. Conditioner dispenser fell off wall into tub with loud crash. Very noisy

What I did not like was that the the room was for two people (two beds ) and have shampoo only for one person (1 tiny item with shampoo)

Near to shopping centre. Free breakfast and most importantly cleanliness. Staff was also very helpful and polite

The check in and check out policy that we can check in after 3 pm only and have to check out at 11 am otherwise they will charge extra if one is having there flight in night after 8 then where the person will go after 11. This policy doesn¿t work with me

The best thing about the hotel is the location, it is situated in a good spot with plenty of amenities around it.

The manager was very rude and difficult to speak with. The room had black mold on the wall and smelled like mildew.

We just needed a place to crash the bed was comfortable that was about it.

Mold in shower. Halls had bags of garbage outside rooms and didn¿t look or feel clean. Night staff were not friendly and made myself and another guest wait while they took resume info on the phone which should have waited. Breakfast was cold and gross

Bed was very comfy. Hotel was very clean and tidy. They had a good breakfast. The only thing was its location that I did not like.

The plug in the bathtub was missing and they could not provide me with anything something to do with changing tubs and all the ones I needed did not exist only new plugs they had. Also tub was dripping (which I reported to them). Toilet running sometimes.

Location

Someone was smoking weed and I could smell it in my room just as if it was being done there. Never experienced this before.

Breakfast

The bathroom was filthy. Not sure why they need 4hrs between checki-in and check-out if the room are not clean.

The room 105 smelt very bad. The bathroom doors could be more wide specially for pregnant women. The toilets Dont flush properly. I need to flush 2-3 times just to get It down.

Very unsafe . Mt door would lock ar all. Brought to the front desk attention and showed them. And said thank you. Could not sleep to worried and stand scared

My room had an awful order had to go buy scented candles. Only sugar for breakfast. I'm dirdbetic

Convenient location for me

Was downgraded from king to queen for ¿same price¿. SEETHROUGH CURTAIN ON MAINFLOOR. door looked like itd been broken into. Leaky taps dripped all night. Bathroom counters were falling down and held with exposed 2x4. Bfast was juce box granola bar, cookie

Bathroom needed help. Paint peeling, tub drain very slow, toilet had constant leak.

The staff was rude and not friendly. The breakfast was only a muffin and a juice box.

Breakfast wasn't the normal nice breakfast like other hotels in the greater Toronto area. Now that Covid is almost over, most have gone back to a nice breakfast. This Days Inn gave me a bag with a small muffin, granola bar, cookie and peach drink.

There was good coffee int h lobby. At 4:30 in the morning I was awoken by dope or drug smoke coming under my door. Disgusting. I would only return if the price is cheap like $-- or $-- a night.

The bed was very comfortable. My room was not down graded this time.

It's whole lighting system is VERY dark. The area is sketchy/intimidating. The fridge leaked all over my floor Loud truck noises in adjacent parking lot Vacuuming at 8 am!

The night clerk was very pleasant and was trying to help but did not rectify the room situation

Location ok. However front parking lot was quite dark.Suggested to park at the side where there was a camera but still dark. Room ok but NO dead bolt DOOR LOCK. Used an ironing board for security No breakfast. Room booked was down graded. Dripping shower

The location was good. Staff and worker were polite

1- Breakfast was not provided as was stated would be in reservation. Guest should be informed upfront that due to COVID there will be no breakfast. 2- One of the screws which holds down toilet sit cover was exposed and filthy
