Not good staff snd not clean room too much smell in side

Not clean hotel and bad smell in side the room and staff was not good

The location is very convinient and most importantly it is Pet Friendly.

I felt like the hotel environment was not very family friendly. Room was clean but it had smoking smell.

Parking

Hair in the shower, I asked for a Queen and they gave us two doubles. No iron or iron board. Room was right beside main lobby could hear people walking/talking in and out all night. I slept maybe 2 hours. When I got up at 10 am there wasn¿t any hot water

Hallways and rooms smelled of smoke, no screen in window, graffiti in bathroom. Minimal toiletries, trash collected in hallway

The hotel wasn't clean and smelled like urine. Garbage was overflowing in the hallways and the room wasn't clean. Toilet and bathroom was dirty. Tv was fuzzy, remote had missing parts. Overall a terrible experience had to check out.

Room was clean, air conditioning and TV worked well.

Elevator floor was dirty, carpet in hallway looked like it had not been vacuumed for a few days. Room needs to be painted, furniture very dated, mattress old with indentations, big chip in floor in the bathroom. We expected more for the price.

The hotel staff were very nice, my room was very clean but the hallway had an awful smell. It appeared as if this hotel it utilized for low income housing. There was a woman screaming in the middle of the night and in the morning. I was woken up by her 2x

The bad smells in the hallway. Little children awake past 11 pm walking around the hotel like they lived there. I paid $--- for a room and it was too costly for a hotel that has people living there as a low-income housing option.

I liked NOTHING at this hotel, the staff has to be more accommodating and accepting. The front desk was sleeping, made us wait for more than an hour and they don't take or answer calls, so disrespectful. I won't refer this hotel to anyone.

Dirty and smell like a strip joint. phone was unplugged and the bed and sheets were not as advertised. No mini fridge or microwave. Rooms need updating as there are no USB plugs in the rooms. Not sure if I would stay here again.

People on drugs. Dirty sheets and pillows. No blankets smelled of dog pee garbage all over hotel halls and room.

Very quiet place to stay and staff very friendly

Horrible experience, very disappointed with my stay. House keeping seems like they dont care and you can tell how little effort was put in cleaning the rooms. The TVs were dusty, bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the bed sheets had noticeable cigaret

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT GREAT, TALKING TO THEM ON THE PHONE WAS VERY POOR. SOME STAFF DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING. THEIR ACCOUNT IS VERY POOR SYSTEM, THEY DON'T SEE IF THE ACCOUNT WAS PAID OR NOT. MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED TWICE.

Worst customer service

Customer service was pathetic. We were expected to check out at 11 even though the site said 12. They did not evnprovide soap or toothpaste!

The morning staff was not nice as the elevator was out of comision and they put out no sign to tell the patrons. Bad attitude quote " I just started and dont know whats up with the elevator, its apparently not working" end of quote. Coffee was good. 7 am

The location is very good. The hotel is clean, but the only thing that I can complain is the room is not as big as it should be.

The hotel doesn't provide breakfast.

Smoking seems to be permitted inside, despite laws and signs throughout. Smoke comes through the air system into all rooms, and little-to-nothing gets done after 5 complaints.
