Bancroft Inn & Suites

Room was remodeled and clean. A/C was quiet and comfortable.

Location

Floors were dirty. Tv didn?t work had to call front desk. Coffee pot was disgusting hair in it.

Convenient

Next door was 4 very loud, vexatious arguing people. 3 man 1 woman yelling til 4 am

The room was very clean. Nice that there's no carpeting - very nice plank vinyl flooring. Bathroom was super clean. Good wi-fi service. The front desk staff was so great. Friendly, very attentive to detail.

Exterior could use some maintenance but, overall, this motel was great!

Had a great view

They don't clean the best. There was poop stains all in my toilet, hair in the tub, no screen on the balcony door amd a barking dog all Night!

The receptionist was very pleasant and smiley. There were lots of drawers to put our clothes. THe bed was comfortable. The balcony was practical.

It was a bit more outside the town than we thought. The motel needs a bit of updating. The door screen was missing, so little bugs came in (we had to leave the door open because it was hot and the window did not open).

A bit of an older hotel on the outside. However, the rooms are great, beds are comfortable and the room is very clean. The rooms with balcony are great as you can sit out there and look at the Bancroft hills.

The hotel is in urgent need of a major upgrade. Everything was outdated and shabby. Very disappointed. Door to balcony was difficult to close, outer screen door was broken.

We had the worst room - it smelled, it had spiders on the inside door, the tub, sink and bathroom floor was awful (clean but in a much needed state of repair). The carpet looked like it was at least 30 years old.

Clean and accessible.

Cleanliness

Adequate but not what you would expect for price

Nice location, lots of parking, close to stores.

No one told us where breakfast was

Terrible bed, room not clean, toilet seat broken. Price was incredible high for what we received.

Location is great

We booked two rooms well in advance and they put us on separate floors. The air conditioner was behind the curtain and so was blocked at night. Bed was as hard as a rock and the small fridge ran every so often and was extremely loud. Couldn’t unplug cause we had food in it.

The location was slightly out of town. Not walking distance to restaurants, it was about a 3-5min ride to town for food.Easy in and out for a commuter.

The rooms would use a detailed cleaning. Walls and doors are in need of a good wipe down. Mattresses could use a flop or rotation, the foot area was higher than the head.

Nice green space for the kids to run around. Clean rooms, great location

Beds were not overly comfortable and the pillows were lumpy, but for a motel, everything was great!

Power went out No facilities for breakfastNot very clean

clean, up to date, tiled walls in bath, upgraded laminate flooring instead of carpet, well positioned A/C

The property has undergone significant renovations like new doors, windows, heating and air conditioning, flooring, bathrooms. The room was very quiet and bed comfortable. Close to town.

The finishing details.. rusty heaters, dated bedding and drapes. Needs a little interior decorating to add warmth and personality.
