Pros +

The hotel was clean and well kept. Room was comfortable and clean as well
The price was great. The motel owner was polite Motel is straight forward good location .not fancy but all you need. Arnprior is 30 minutes driving to Ottawa it's nothing. If you are looking for value and don't want to break the bank stay here !
Very clean, good location, we didn't have the complementary breakfast so I can't comment on that

Cons -

Mini fridge froze everything in it but that would be partially my fault for not checking it
No ice machine or bags of ice, there is a mini fridge with one ice cube tray
Extra $65 for the sofa bed! So my friend had to rent another room and he went down the street at another motel to get a room. Which cost him $90 a night! I was very angry about the whole thing!
