What a lovely place. Beautiful historic building, clean and still complete with great historic details.

Cons -

We had booked here last year but had to cancel at the last minute due to an unforeseen emergency and the hotel did not offer even a partial refund or voucher so we lost our money for the stay. We booked again despite this.
Front desk clerk did not smile once. He seems very unhappy. No saying ?welcome? or any type of conversation. He really should be back of the house. A gentleman was called to help with my suitcase. He just left it at the bottom of the stairs.
Parking was difficult

Overall wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the hotel is clean and historically grand, and the location is perfect. We enjoyed both the outdoor patio and the Oval Room for dining and both had excellent service.
