Pros +
- The lounge staff were wonderful when we needed help with our daughter who got sick, she brought us ginger ale and crackers to our room. We had the pool to ourselves when we went. Location is great.

Cons -
- Check in wasn¿t great, it took a long time considering the room was already paid for, we were handed the keys without any information (wifi, pool hours, food availability). Housekeeping isn¿t available after 9pm. The pool was freezing.
- The room was a bit rundown, wallpaper pitted in bathroom, curtains unhooked, furniture worn. Windows very dirty on the inside. Asked for it to be cleaned and it was not. Everything else was excellent- quiet, clean, friendly. Just needs to be refreshed

Great location and beautiful place
