- My room selection was different to the kind of room I was assigned at check in, the price was considerably higher than my previous time and the room was worst, I could hear some hotel equipment outside the hotel running and I didn't have a view
- There were kids being noisy in the corridors, not ideal for solo travelers who want to relax, you could hear them going in and out, running and screaming.
