The cleanliness of the hotel
Room was quiet and bed was comfortable

Bathrooms so dirty rooms bad smell ac working after 1 hour shut down
Passable
Was not able to access any channels on the TV. Fortunately, there was good wifi for Netflix on tablet. Was a surprise to find shared bathroom.
They Transfered me next door, "College Inn" absolutely do NOT recommend!
First of all they changed my stay to the college Inn next door and couldn't give me a proper reason, So in the "College Inn" it had a Very uncomfortable bed (could feel the springs in my back) along with multiple hairs on it, very dirty in the cracks of the room, one Shared bathroom for 5+ rooms with dirty shower. No sound insulation whatsoever, I could hear the other renters go to the bathroom until 12am at night since my room was right beside it. Overall Terrible stay, I strongly DO NOT recommend this place "College Inn" as for the "Budget Lodge" I can't tell since they transferred me but In my opinion they all work together so It is probably is very similar.
Location
The room was promoted as a "Deluxe Queen Room" when in reality these accommodations are one step up from a homeless shelter. The place is run down. The bathroom shared. A shared kitchen where a man from a different floor in the building woke me up at 3:30 a.m. as he was stealing our food from the communal refrigerator.
The neat and peaceful environmentFriendly staffThe location of the lodge is good
The staff were friendly
Not clean, no garbage cans in the room, not even a Kleenex box in the shared bathroom. Dirty walls, stained sheets, no face cloth . Rust and mould in the bathroom.
We didn’t stay for obvious reasons.
The place was a complete mess. Sketchy on the outside, and difficult to access, because there was a construction in the area, but I wasn’t notified about that so it was difficult to get there. It was full of bugs and garbage on the outside, plus the smell of cigarette. We left our stuff and went out for dinner, and when we came back we found bedbugs on our bed. We talked to the person in charge and she offered to give us another room, but it was all dirty and full of bugs on the floor. Obviously, we decided to leave because it was disgusting and dangerous to our health.
Location on college is okay .
Terrible place to stay . Even for the low price , not worth it ! The rooms were smelly and visibly run down and hardly clean. The beds had been washed but there was stains all over the sheets . When we arrived there were two thin tiny pillows . I asked for two more since there were two people staying and we were reluctantly given two more, that were also as thin . The curtains had holes and were tattered . The bathroom was disgusting , it smelled awful , there floor was half destroyed , no soap or paper towel and the shower had no shower curtain . I've stayed in a lot of places and this was by far the worst
I did not like anything about this hotel.
Community bathroom that was awful. Filthy. No soap or shampoo was supplied . No water glass or cup. Not shower curtain. There was one very old towel for all use. Have never been let been let down like this before
Location
1 Towel for two people, bathroom always occupied by someone from other floor
The cashier . He is so quiet and great guy
Too much noice. Drunk rommaing around
not impressed. could not get to sleep until after midnight due to constant noise .
Noise from Tenants, not guests. The rooms are paid for by government. swearing, overall disrespectful behaviour. there is a sign which says Quiet 24 hours, that nobody pays attention to.
Location is ok
It was a worst place I have ever seen in my life. So dirty and old.. It needs renovation. A lot of marginal people are staying there, so it’s also unsafe. I suggest to never book this place
location was good
staff was rude at worst, disinterested at best, holes in walls, dirty beds, bed was horrid-dirty,hard,pillows were worn, thin and uncomfortable, bathroom had open used soap in shower, only 1 bathroom to 4 or 5 rooms.dirty, needs major repairs to walls, closets, furniture, the lamp had no on/off had to plug in to use and unplug to shut off, even the mirror was off the wall, you could see where it had been attached, but was propped up on the desk.terrible parking, only 4 spots.Yes it was cheap, but when I seriously considered going and sleeping in my car,it wasn’t worth any money saved.Horrible, worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in.
Was a pretty sketchy area, some prostitues walking around inside the building got stopped and asked if i was looking for a good time just replied i was going to take a shower
Good location in proximity to University of Saskatchewan. Rooms were clean. The management upgraded our rooms without extra cost to recently renovated room situated in The Inn on College.
