- The staff was willing to get us a suitable room ( after 4 )
- I did not like anything about this hotel, the room was dirty, the carpet full of oil and dirt, the sheets with tears and the pillows dirty and stinky, the customer service is the worst I have ever asked to experience.
- Staff was excellent- room was good breakfast was excellent
Cons -
- 1. one bed did not have changed sheets....room carpets appeared to be unvacuumed and one stain ran on top of the next...hallways were unvacuumed....poor maintenance ( shower rods hanging loosly) loose door handles... staff blamed " quality of patrons "
- I didn't like everything in this hotel, it's incredible that the price per night is the same as a decent hotel even though this hotel isn't, my worst experience by far.
