Western Budget Motel #1 & 2 Whitecourt

I like it all! But especially impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Not just the room but the hallways and outside as well. We will be return customers forsure

Cleanliness

Waffle maker is broken and no ice machine

The spa bath and fireplace were nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

We couldn’t get the live TV to work but we got Netflix. There was only one small shampoo-not enough for 2 people. There was no conditioner or lotion. There were no hand towels. We only got one key for the room.

Beautiful large comfortable room. Very quiet.

No coffeemaker in room.

The jacuzzi in the room, I appreciated the cold aspects of the breakfast and coffee

I liked pretty much the full experience but the hot aspect of the breakfast I am not a fan

It was ok I enjoyed the fresh fruit, yogurt and coffee

I am not a fan of the hot potion of the breakfast

The room didn’t feel comfy. No cable tv had to log in through apps to watch anything, no phones in the room to call the front desk

worst ever

not liquid eggs and greasy saugages didnt have cable or satalite on tv manager cut all tv programing off

It was better than what I was expecting from a motel. Spacious room with kitchen and jacuzzi was a bonus.

Hotel can provide at least 2 bottles of water in the fridge as a welcome. Swimming pool should open till 11pm like some other hotels.

The pool was nice.

I was charged 1 week cleaning service $18.00 for less than 24 hours in this hotel. The jetted tub we reserved was not working. When I commented on the cleaning charge, I was told booking.com charged me.No customer service. Will NOT recommend your facility.Unimpressed

I want to live here when i retire! These over sized luxury rooms have everything a person could possibly need. From the well stocked kitchenette to the warm and cozy fireplace and the amazing jacuzzi tubs, there's something for everyone to love. The 24 hour front desk staff and free continental breakfast are added bonuses, and all at the fraction of the price of a regular budget motel. You can't go wrong with a room at the long stay!

A really good experience!Great staff, especially Mike, at the front desk. Mike was very helpful with a great sense of humor. Great overall value for the most part. Room was spacious, laundry facilities, a decent breakfast and clean rooms!I will stay here again in the future

Only slight thing was the housekeeping charge of $19. Which shouldn't exist.

The lady at rhe front desk was super helpful and very friendly. She made us feel welcome. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The fore place was a nice touch on a cooler day. We slept very well and woke to a decent breakfast.

There was no coffee maker in the room.

Awesome little budget motel with amazing jacuzzi tubs and free continental breakfast. There's nothing more you could possibly want for a great get away

There is literally nothing not to like

Love the king suite with the 2 person juccuzi tub!

The fact that I was late checking in...?

Loved the price and the giant jacuzzi tubs! The staff was fantastic!

The bedding. It's so bates motel 1960s cheap hotel. I don't expect down comforters but get better coverlets and get rid of those yellow/orange blankets

The place was clean and we liked the size of the jacuzzi tub. Also liked the fireplace.

The bed was hard as a rock. The sink by the bathroom needed a stainless steel scrubber to get the faucet clean. The manager wasn’t very accommodating and very hard to deal with. Other staff told us breakfast was done at 10 and we came down at 9:30 and breakfast was done so we had to leave the premise to get breakfast at our own expense

Nice room

Tv didn’t work to use tubi so couldn’t use the tv at all even after I asked the front desk how to use it

Breakfast was fine, not too much, but there were enough choices to get you through the morning. The room was huge, and I loved the kitchen. The fireplace was loud but awesome. It was close to restaurants.

I missed the hot tub and a wash room close to the swimming pool for the kid. we couldn't get the tv working..

Everything was clean and functional and check in/out was smooth and easy. Price was great for what we got.

The continental breakfast was out of waffle mix but thats a minor thing ?
