Quality Inn & Suites Whitecourt

convenient to access

rooms are old and bit tired looking. the breakfast grab bag just had snack bar and sugary food. they can do better

The room was clean, comfortable and appealing.

Perfect room.

The location was easy to find, bathroom was clean.

The room was hotter than hell, the AC was crap and it took forever to fall asleep. Noticed in the morning that the blankets had stains on them, even though it was too hot to use blankets it was not very appealing.

The nice rooms and great staff!

The fact that they do not have an work out room or Hot tub.

the room was a nice size

I didn't like the location. The air conditioner didn't work. The fire alarm went off in the early morning and everyone exited. I couldn't locate any staff and ended up giving our keys to a fire fighter. The safety procedures are of concern.

Price was great, upgrade was appreciated, awesome breakfast, clean room

Nice room, we had a handicap room. The shower worked perfect for my mom, it is a walk in with seat, movable shower head. Fireplace in room gave her the extra warmth she needed (even tho I was cooking! Haha)

Everything awesome except Pillows! Every single hotel on our trip felt like a bag of lumpy foam pieces packed in tightly! Bring your own pillow!

Plenty of space in the room. Included table and 2 chairs, desk & chair, fridge & microwave. Everything we needed was right there.

Staff friendliness

Its very clean

My room was a bit too warm while I was sleeping.

Breakfast was good

Great location! Very comfortable beds and very friendly staff!

Everything about the stay was great. Very clean and modern. Very quiet and good location for my needs!

I loved the staff on Sunday morning but Saturday's night lady was very rude to talk to.... The pool table was amazing! The location is great! Super close to festival park. The bed was very comfortable

Breakfast was so sad.. no fresh fruit not even just bananas! Very pathetic breakfast all around sadly...The hotel smells of stale smoke that's including hallways and are non-smoking hotel room! Foosball table in the pictures was gone with no notice, stains all over the carpet and the bathroom was dirty

Free breakfast and friendly staff

Bed table light does not work

Warm breakfast, eggs, and Sousage warm room temperature not freezing cold

We were actually very happy with Quality Inn. Way better experience than we’ve had at various other hotels. Sheets were so comfy! Breakfast was quiet and yummy. Easy foods for my kids and for my spouse to enjoy too.

Friendly staff, rooms were large and beds were comfortable.

No complaints

The room was nice and big and handy to the elevator. Reception staff were all very nice.

Very good

Breakfast could have been better, didn’t have peanut butter and coffee was not very good. Tv could have been larger in the room. Lotion dispenser was empty.
