The accommodating and friendly staff. The included breakfast is ok, nothing great.

It is old. Bathroom fixtures are very dated. Many rooms still smell of stale tobacco use. The A/C thermostat is too far from the A/C unit causing too much latency for the cooling on and off cycling. One is either freezing of cooking!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have mobility issues and hotel employee the overnight girl was amazing. She helped me with my bags to my room and was so cheerful for that hour of the night it was refreshing

It would not prevent me from staying there again, but as said, I have mobility issues and needed to do some laundry, so the stairs were very difficult for me. But once again, your stuff was very helpful. Kudos to all of them.

The breakfast and staff are the highlights.

The room we were placed in had a sickening acrid smell from years of having been smoked in regardless of what the management tried to explain away with other reasons. Being a former smoker, there is no mistaking this.

Not really. I dislike the need to charge a fee for a security deposit.

Why did they take a deposit? When I checked out they refunded it but said it would take a week or two to appear in my account.

The use of the pool and hot tub

That they wrote free upgrade on my pass but I paid for the room that we had.

I didn't like this hotel at all and in fact I have no desire to stay at a Best Western hotel ever again. I would be happy with a refund.

My initial room was in a basement that was dark and stunk like a stale ashtray. I asked for another room and was told that I had to pay $10 for the room change, which I refused to do so. My room keys were cancelled before I even checked out. Pathetic.

Staff was good and helpful. Breakfast was good.

No elevator. Back door card swipe didn't work. Door in room wouldn't latch properly.

Bathrooms were worn out -but shower Head rocked.front desk staff that check us in was not very helpful and borderline rude.

Pillows and bed coverings were so-so.

The staff at this hotel is great, breakfast has a good selection and rooms are clean and spacious. The pool area is nice, but the pool is a little cool for my preference, so I stick to the hot tub.

Front Desk Staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.

Road construction out front makes it a bit hard to get to the hotel, but was otherwise no problem.

The hotel was clean and quiet, very relaxing, with helpful staff. The selection at breakfast was great, coffee was good. One of the things we enjoyed was the hot tub, which was actually hot.
