Most of the staff, and I mean most, but definitely not all, treated me with respect and understanding. And went above and beyond to help me during my stay. I cant thank them enough. The others, well, they may want to retake a basic humanity course !!

The judgemental remarks about my current situation.

For being out away from the city in the middle of nowhere Canada, this hotel was a nice surprise. Great continental breakfast, good sized room, ample parking, etc. There wasn't a ton of frills about it, but it was fine for our 2 night wedding visit.

Cleanliness & location

The main lamp in the room didn't work so was rather dark but not terrible

They didn't respect the rate

Had coffee only -- breakfast plans elsewhere.

Air conditioning fan was loud -- had to turn it off but then the room got too warm...

The rooms are very large, easily accessible, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The price is atrocious! It shouldn’t cost 190 for a night in a hotel

Good breakfast, although it would be better if they offered more options of fruit, especially fresh ones.

The carpet and the furniture made the room look outdated.

Close to family

The towels smelt like burgers. There were no sheers on the curtains. The shampoo pump did not work

I had to kill about a dozen beetles type bugs in the room

Location, comfort and cleanliness. We actually only slept there as we were attending a wedding so never checked in until after the celebrations.

Unable to check in early

It was very clean and the workers are very friendly. The Breakfast was very good. There is also a pool with a waterslide and a hot tub it was awesome and relaxing after a long day. Thank you

Beds were bad. Mattresses were sinking in. Pillows were amazing.

everything. :) from staff's nice attitude, clean rooms, great pool with slide to a yummy breakfast meal. It was indeed a perfect overnight stay.

Great location, right off the highway.Very friendly staff. Not just acting overly friendly like other hotels. They actually care.I found hotel breakfasts went way down hill after COVID, not this hotel. Excellent breakfast

The sweet had a nice big window, but with the window it was hard to get the room completely dark. It was dark enough for me, but I could see others not appreciate that.

Breakfast was excellent. The area was nice and clean

Too many kids running the halls as there was an event in town, however that's no reflection on the hotel. They did calm down by 10pm, so all good.

Nice amenities (although we didn’t get the chance to check them out but good to know they're there) Clean, nice looking rooms Front desk staff was very polite.

Bed was not very comfortable, very hard. Verrrry thin walls. Heard EVERYTHING. In the early morning there were a few dogs barking non stop for a long time. Would have liked to be able to take a plate of breakfast up to my room to eat in quiet.

Location and main floor room so I could park outside my door is terrifically convenient, especially when the weather was very snowy

Huge room, with a kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

I had anticipated that the work vehicles would be active early and they were.

Excellent experience. Clean, comfortable and exceptionally good breakfast. The waffle bar made my day :-)

I was happy with the staff and the room was great.

I was billed through Booking.com and then my the hotel billed my cc again. I did request a credit through the hotel, but was advised it would take 3 to 5 days to go back on my credit card. This is fine, but has been a hassle
