Lakeview Inns & Suites - Okotoks

staff and location

The breakfast was amazing and certainly more than we expected.

Everything

Room was spotless.Bed and bedding- top notch Free breakfast really good,It’s a small area but well stocked.Location very convenient to restaurants, pub across the street

Lobby could use some renovation. Too busy

Beautifully treed - Nicely maintained - Loved the Architecture of the Inn

Clean & quiet

The phone in my room didn't work, so I couldn't call to the desk for a slight delay in my checkout the morning of my departure. I went to the desk at 11 am to let the attendant know that my phone wasn't working and I politely requested another 20 minutes to finish up, she was weirdly grim about it. When I took the first of two trips with my luggage etc. to my vehicle 20 minutes later as discussed (letting the attendant know I'd be back for a couple more things), I came back to my room a minute later and my card wouldn't work to open my door. I was then treated with visible disdain and annoyance when I asked (again, politely) for re-access to get my last two bags. Very unacceptable and petty behaviour for a hospitality service. You can do better!

Friendly staff - helpful and courteous. Good size room, very comfy bed; shower with power. Breakfast was awesome!!

Pretty much liked everything

Comfortable room, good shower and bed- very updated.Really good breakfast with hot items as well as cereals yogurt and juice.

Unfortunately a delivery tanker truck started up his engine at 5:30 AM- it shook the whole room. Really inconsiderate.

The location was good, the staff friendly and helpful. Love the elevator.

As usual I am a tall person, the toilet is too low.

Quiet, clean, courteous staff.

Toilet paper holder across bathroom. Cheap quality toilet amenities.

Breakfast was typical but okay. Location was excellent . Very clean a/c worked well, beds were super comfy

No paper glasses in room, but was able to grab from Bfast area

The bed was very soft and comfortable, I slept great! The shower was a little bit too high of pressure for me, but at least it's high enough for tall people. Good breakfast in the morning, and all the staff were friendly.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Great location! Nice breakfast as well.

All is well.

Nothing!!

DON'T STAY HERE!Do not stay at this hotel unless you're looking for a real-life Fawlty Towers experience...complete with incompetence, rudeness, and zero accountability!! The customer service from Lakeview Inn & Suites was non-existent. I lost both time and money due to their lack of professionalism and respect for their guests. The hotel manager Emilia... SO VERY RUDE AND INCOMPETENT! There have been a stream of guests posting reviews online with similar negative experiences to mine. The management here are truly horrible. Unless you enjoy being treated like a nuisance and speaking to people who make it clear your concerns don’t matter, I strongly suggest you book anywhere else! ZERO STARS!

Easy to find.

Room had a musty smell when we first entered. Very outdated. Continental “hot breakfast” of egg omelette, hash brown, sausage was cold. Toasters don’t work.

Staff were friendly, beds we’re comfortable and appreciated the Roku tv box.

Numerous bathroom tiles were cracked (to a point where it should probably be redone). Toilet paper roll was extremely far from the toilet forcing you to have to get up to use it. Suite door had an overly large gap under the door causing excessive light and noise to pass from the hall into the room.

We asked for a late check out and they refused in spite of the hotel being almost empty. We said we would pay for the extra time or day and they were quite rude.

Staff

A excellent hotel. Great location, easy to get to. Room extremely comfortable. Even has a small area with a small couch. We would go back.

Great location, nice clean room

Tv system sucked

Location and acces to all town ammenities and other destinations

front desk staff wasn't too friendly and room daily cleanup lacked expectatons
