Location, price and friendly staff.
It was clean, comfortable and convenient to our event. Even being beside the gas station I never heard anything. Staff was friendly. Overall a good two nights.

We liked the convenient location. Being seniors we got a ground floor suite to avoid stairs except for the short climb to get our tasty free breakfast. Occasionally we made coffee in our room and ate there. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.
Front desk neglected to give us our few phone messages.
