Had a fridge and microwave, TV, good layout, beds were decent

Few stains on the floor and bath Mat, back of shower had women¿s hair on it. Somewhat expected with a cheap motel

Staff effort and friendliness. We recieved a welcome email. When we arrived staff were available, helpful, and efficient with getting us to our room & suggesting local cuisine.

Appropriate facilities for the price paid.

Room was very dirty. Fridge, clock anything that could be plugged in was unplugged. Last thing I want to do is fiddle with an alarm clock or wait for the fridge to cool down.I pulled back the sheets on the bed to be greeted with a big poop stain. GROSS!

This is an older facility in a small town in rural Alberta. The room was plain but comfortable and we had no complaints. There is nothing special about the facility except it offers a reasonable place to sleep when on the road. There is a pub around the corner - very special small town experience I suspect - and a chinese restaurant walking distance down the street; and EV charger is a block away. Nanton has two exceptional museums - seems every small town has something exceptional that makes a visit worthwhile!

This isn't a palace. If you're looking for somewhere special, this isn't it. However we were comfortable and had no complaints.

The room smelt stale and humid at the same time. The scent was tried to be covered up by air fresheners which made it worse. The bathroom tub was dirty.

Shag carpet and air conditioner were needing replaced, but for the price it is what I expected

Awesome staff absolutely the best. A.J. is very professional and helpful. Central walking distance to everything. The plane museum, house of miniatures and cool restaurants and bars with lots of shopping. Call the Motel directly for a much better price.

Took my damage because there was a small stain on blanket. Charged for washing it. Said it was smoked in but neither of us smoke .

The room was very clean, smelled nice, and the beds were comfortable! The check-in/out process was smooth and the individual who checked us in was friendly. The location was great.

The only minor issue was that the front desk staff were not very accessible, we had a question in the evening and were not able to contact anyone as the office door was locked and there was no answer on the phone, but it wasn't a huge deal. I'm sure if we'd kept trying we eventually would have been able to reach someone.

Room was clean

1. Room door did not latch properly. Door came open on its own.2. Loud noise like construction or repair in the building 24 hrs. / day prevented sleeping at night. Was not mentioned at check in.

Price was reasonable, but no frills. That’s ok. Don’t need a tv or internet. It had a tv but I never turned it on. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Noisy location between north and south bound lanes of Hwy #2. Not clean. Big pieces of dirt on floors. No coffee or tea available in room and no breakfast. Ok with no breakfast, but tea would have been nice since we left very early beefier anything else was open.

the check in was awkward with two people disagreeing on how to process the Booking.com reservation. they couldn't find keys to the room. a third person came in and went to the drop box to retrieve them. someone was what sounded like sanding furniture or a wall in another room above us at 11pm. the hotel was right on the highway and it's very noisy. the room was quite comfortable but not worth the price

The lady at the front desk was very, very friendly! The room was very clean and spacious.

The air conditioner was dirty and didn’t work. I think it needed to be cleaned - the filter in it.

Hair in the bathtub, dirty hand soap pump at the sink, no coffee.

The cost of the room is excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Nice big tv. Easy check in.

Sign as soon as you open the door to take off your shoes NOW and not to walk past that point. Loud bathroom fan always on when the light is on.
