Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Lethbridge

It was good at the beginning, but it is deteriorating .

Furniture upholstery with large patches of stains, frequent experience: self served coffee empty, hot water for tea literally cold.

Breakfast was great. Room was a bit larger than I expected. Also, they allowed our large family reunion group to gather for pizza in their lobby, and cleaned up after us.

Our room was spacious and clean. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were in large bottles. The bed was excellent with a lot of pillows, we had a fridge and microwave. The shower was excellent! It was close to the casino I liked!

The shower was very nice but we were expecting a larger shower for 2 people?

Staff was excellent

They put you through an awkward process for getting WI-Fi. They almost force you to sign up or log into The Hilton Honors program. I left my card at home and had to go down to the office to get a different code to bypass the sales attempt.

Coffee in the room, free breakfast, sink in the bathroom

Bed was too firm, bought a foam topper for the second night. The odor in the hallway was the same as the odor outdoors, very cattle feedlot type odor

Yes i was told i would be given a one night complimentary stay because of some issues of our arrival. This did not happen because I booked with a third party booking.

I tried to cancel room have to go through my credit card company to try and cancel the room - I got Covid and told me it is my fault

The room had a dirty smell, odor when a/C was off. The carpet was stick.The top sheet was to small for the bed . The frig froz are food.Shelves in bathroom very dusty. And not impressed with all the questions for free internet

The hotel was clean and tidy. Booking in was easy and quick and the staff friendly. There was a free breakfast where you could have chosen hot or cold.

I booked and paid online. The pre authorisation that was done at the hotel for nearly double my actual costs, was put through on my credit card and I have been told because I booked online, I could be waiting up to 15 days for it to be returned.

Lots of room

Wasn't ready and suppose to get a call. Never happen. After 3:00pm

It was clean, had a decent breakfast and the staff was great

The breakfast was better than expected. Staff were super accommodating why we requested a later checkout.

The coffee wasn't very good. Thougtht the hallways smelled a little funny almost like old smoke or something.

The staff were very nice and polite. Also they were very informative.

We did not like booking this hotel and finding out later that our charge on our credit card was more than what we had expected. Not good news for us. We are now saying that we will probably not book a hotel like this in the future.

It was average. Nothing really stands out.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Could not get on wifi until we were leaving. The tv was small. Not worth the money we spent on the room.

New and clean, excellent breakfast.

A location with a view over the river would be much nicer.

Beds were to hard

Great room, friendly staff. Loved the large walk-in shower.

The breakfast was not great. Rubbery scrambled eggs, soggy, stale French toast.

They have awesome breakfast! Plus the 24 Hour Coffee Station

The jetted tub in room wasn't really the best tub, jets were not in most convenient places, but nothing bad to say really

Good Location

In spite of checking in at 5 PM our room wasn't completely ready for guests. Also 1 out of 2 elevators were out of service leading to some lineups. Also the remaining elevator was fairly rough and made our knees buckle upon ascension, not very reassuring!
