The breakfast had a good selection of food to pick from and was fresh and hot

There was no access to anything but local t.v. Would have paid to view Netflix or Prime if available.
The staff was pleasant. The Hotel was clean. Check in was quick. Breakfast was good.
Impossible to set temperature in room, constantly going from freezing to boiling hot with one click degree back or forth, very uncomfortable made it hard to sleep. Then they decided to shovel snow at 1:30 am out side my window for 30 mins with loud rumbling plastic shovel waking me up again.
It was very clean and well looked after. Breakfast was awesome.
Only negative was the check in. The lady was not very happy and it showed.

The microwave didn’t work. The iron leaked water over my clothes and the desk chair was broken. When my brother-in-law sat on it he fell backwards.

Staff wasn’t very kind , not friendly or welcoming
Husband enjoyed the breakfast. It was a nice comfortable, clean room in a quiet location. Encounters with the staff were always pleasant.
The room was dark- hard to get ready for a wedding.A big part of the room where the table and chairs are didn’t have any electrical outlets. Toilet seat is quite low.

We found scrumbled egg and pork sausage were in same serving dish. Guests who have food restriction they will not like it. I saw one guest used same spoon for sausage and scrumbled egg because both were served in same dish.

We had a king bed but it wasn’t comfortable at all. Can feel the springs poking ur back.

The best pet-friendly room I have ever lived in any hotel. The room is spacious and clean.

The pillows were way too big so our sleep wasn’t good. And the yogurt was out of date. And very few tv channels no sports channels.
