Ramada by Wyndham Lac La Biche

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great having some hot food items (omelettes, bacon), Very large room.

Wi-fi was so slow and unreliable to be basically useless. Clock radio didn't work very well at all - radio part was unusable.

They had a free breakfast

The water slide and pool were closed and not compensated for our stay. First morning the hotel power went out and no one knew how to turn it back on. The breakfast that day was terrible and the response the same.

The staff was great, got use out of the gym, and the breakfast was a nice touch

The volume down in the remote didn't work. The tv guide channel didn't work so we had to channel surf for something to watch. The supplied tv channel name/number list did not align with what was on the tv. Channel change was super slow. Only down side was the tv.

The breakfast was awesome and the room we had was spacious

We had no tv for the 2 days we stayed. There was no explanation when we called. In the morning we inquired and the person atbthe desk was very nice. She explained the issue

Breakfast was a good variety that was offered. The view was just of the parking lot, however it was convenient access to the outdoors for a walk.

The carpet was not very clean. It would be better to have flooring to be able to keep clean.

The staff were amazing even as they were overwhelmed by hockey goers/families, a wedding in town and normal travellers. They went above and beyond to accommodate an extra person at the last minute that was travelling in our party.

I didn’t like that you can hear all the tractor trailers start up starting at four in the morning to leave. It wasn’t cleaned properly as I have a dog that can find anything it can eat and found a pack of gum and a lollipop along the bottom of the bed(on the floor)underneath the comforter so the room wasn’t cleaned properly. Not the first time I found garbage laying around the floor there. My last stay I found a box of eaten chicken wings underneath a chair that my dogs got into and ate half of.

The breakfast was amazing! Fresh fruits, bacon, eggs, toast, waffles, coffee, juice, cereal, muffins, everything you could want.

Hot tub was sometimes set too hot

Air conditioner wouldn’t turn off n they wouldn’t switch us rooms. Pretty disappointed specifically since I had my kids with me. Front desk staff wasn’t helpful at all.

Room was clean and staff were polite and accommodating. Room amenities were very nice and laid out well. Comfortable, quiet and private. The bed was very comfortable.

View could have been better. And perhaps a restaurant/Tavern in the building would be a good option. It is nice to be able to return to your room after a nice meal.

Really good breakfast. Staff were super helpful, courteous and friendly. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

We didn't encounter anything on our visit that we did not like.
