Quiet, peaceful, clean, beautiful, and great staff!
Cozy cottages right along the Athabasca river. The rooms were clean and had good amenities, including a small kitchenette. Enjoyed our stay here.
Location is good. The price is very reasonable in this area.

Cons -

The interior roads are kind of narrow and hard to drive around if there are vehicles going in the other direction. Wifi was only available in the office and common areas which was kind of inconvenient.
Can hear neighbors noise.
