Holiday Inn Express Grande Prairie By IHG

The staff were very friendly, especially the breakfast lady. We had to check in late, but they were ready for us with 24 hour check-in. The hotel rooms were clean, well maintained. The coin-op laundry was operational.

Nothing I didn't like.

I always stay at this hotel when on business in Grande Prairie. Lots of free parking, great hot breakfast and close to shopping and dining options. Very friendly staff, rooms were very clean and good size.

Kepp on doing what your doing!

Clean, quiet, nice breakfast included.

The tv was hard to get working, not many Chanel¿s were working. There were to no information how it worked. Also no directory for restaurants close by. And I was trying to get some glasses up to the room but they said they didn¿t have any.

The staff was very accommodating. Service was fast

Parking spots are too small. A truck that was parked beside me and dinged my door. The lines are much too small for a regular vehicle to open the doors and grab luggage or get in and out of your vehicle without falling to panel damage on the vehicle

Convenience and location

No staff front desk unattended upon check out They did not reverse my security deposit on my credit card, I had to call them to remind them

The location and the nice lady that served breakfast she was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. Employees like that are hard to come by!!

Our checkin clerk, long black hair, not very accommodating when we told her the elavator was noisy by are room. Her response was we can't do anything for you and we sure can't move the elavator. Most unprofessional person we have ran into yet!!!

Friendly staff and very spacious rooms with great temperature control. It was a hot weekend and the room stayed nice and cool. Big bathroom with nice shower head. Breakfast was included and good selection.

Would be nice to be able to order a movie but that seems to be missing in a lot of hotels these days with the new technology options

The beds were nice, breakfast Is good and nice variety of breakfast foods, nice pool

We wish the pool was open longer. As in grande prairie we had a lot to do and had no time to swim. We've stayed at hotels with 24/7 pools and they are awesome!!!!

The quiet rooms And very good breakfast

Could not close the curtains and I was on ground level and also the cost was quite high

The hotel was clean the staff was friendly.

Close to everything

Nothung

I didn't have it, as it wasn't open before I had to leave for work at 7:00 am.

I had booked a two-queen room 4 months before my stay, and when I arrived, they did not have my room type available. Only a kingroom was available. They moved me the following day and gave me an upgrade as part of a deal, but I still had to check out in the am and then leave work to come back and check in again to make sure I had the right room. The room was not that clean. I will not be staying there again. It is very unfortunate, as the room was very nice once we got the right one, and I love the location.

Nice accessories such as pool, hot tub, gym and great breakfast

The hotel room was great for a family get away. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was awesome, kids loved the room and how they had their own separate little area!

The pull out couch was pretty uncomfortable and how we requested a late check out and they said they were full for late checkouts.

Clean and very pleasant staff

Loud doors opening and closing and other guests being loud in the hallways

This was our second time staying here - this time was just spouse and I, last time was with the kids. Each time the staff and hotel in general have been welcoming. The place is well-kept and maintained, and rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Great amenities and awesome location - it's across the road from Mr Mike's. The pool here (and slide) is great - big and deep.

Clean, great breakfast room. Love the menu too. Location is good.

Some room maintenance ie door jam and few other small things.

Nice clean and well equipped

Noisy! We could not get a good night sleep. The next door neighbor was loud, and there is no sound isolation whatsoever . Then the cleaning crew, started talking and shouting, in the hallway, and it was like they where in the room. I tried to ask them to lower their voices, but the load one replied “ I’m just talking, what do you want!?”

Very large family room with comfortable beds. Pool and slide were great. Breakfast was good. They gave us free pizza and drinks for Tuesday guest appreciation day. That was an awesome surprise :)

Everything was good
