Was close to the airport Clean & comfartable

As a person with mobility issues they said they only had a room on the top floor & it was a far from the stairwell as it could possibility be. Climbing stairs with luggage is a real problem for me.

Extremely dirty, the sheets and pillowcases smelled like smoke.(We asked for a non smoking room.) The drawers of the dresser were broken and falling off. The coverings of the heater vents were falling off. There were wholes in the bedspread,carpets dirt

The location was perfect, very easy to find, and close to every type of shopping. Clean and comfortable, with an adequately stocked kitchenette, it met my every need. All who worked there were cheerful.

I had trouble connecting to the wifi. But to be fair, I didn't bring it to anyone's attention and just used my phone as a Hotspot instead. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

The family room was nice and big.

Beds - All doubles. One should be queen or king then two doubles. Other than that, it is a great room.

This was my second stay at this property. I especially like the walk-in shower with the double glass doors and the abundance of hot water!

The first room we were given, the ac wasn’t working. It was too hot so they have to move us to another room

It’s maintained and clean closed everything

Just a slight maintenance issue, faucet has loose screw but not much of a problem just don’t want it to be point out on the guest hope they check more and when I open the aircon some dust or rocks just blow in my eyes but not too bad all in allIt’s clean and comfortable specially the wash room not bad. And the front desk people are welcoming

No thermostat in room, it was a little cool in the room so had to ask the front desk for a small heater.

The heat in the room wasn’t working, the staff gave me a small heater but the room was still pretty chilly. The water in the shower wasn’t that warm. There was a motion sensor light outside our room and it constantly went off and lit up our room throughout the night

No heat, even if it was on u can’t adjust it. It was 3 degrees over night. Got a little too chilly over night which takes away from the new Reno

Everything is very bad.

When we arrived at the hotel, they took a deposit and put us in a room. In the morning we came to the reception and gave them the key, after humiliating checks we were informed that their cash register was not working and the deposit would come to us tomorrow. We left and the deposit was not returned to us. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And the price with a deposit that is not returned is more expensive than any hotel in Edmonton

The floors could be cleaner, we saw lots of hairs and our socks were dirty after walking in the room

I stayed here years ago and it was a dive, but it is a classy little hotel now. It’s been given a complete makeover: vinyl plank flooring, new beds, attractive furniture, and really nice showers.

The staff are amazing- Kind, Friendly. The rooms are all recently renovated beautifully. They are super clean and beautifully decorated.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Staff is nice, facility left me with a poor taste upon leaving.

Looked like a recently renovated room. It was quite nice but the first room they stuck me in had a broken main window (and it’s like bay window size). Cracked all the way from top corner to opposite side bottom corner. Then none of the power worked. The breaker kept blowing.The staff working was quick to move me to another room but then we discovered the TV didn’t work. They had to call a tech in to fix it - who spoke no English at all! It was quickly fixed but 30 minutes later it did it again. Then it kept doing it almost hourly all night. Then the Internet was HORRIBLE! Barely worked and would constantly cut in and out. I used so much data as I had to hotspot my own laptop to get any work done.

That they charged me $100 out of my $200 deposit for dirty towels and sheets
